Welcome to Summer Winds A-414 – A Top-Floor Retreat with Sound Views and Exceptional Amenities

Perched on the 4th floor of Building A, Summer Winds A-414 offers a peaceful and well-appointed escape with sound views from the entry and one of the four comfortably furnished bedrooms. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath condominium is a favorite among our team—offering not just a welcoming place to relax, but also access to some of the very best amenities on the island.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is the perfect gathering space after a day in the sun, with a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs for streaming your favorites, and wireless internet access throughout. Bedrooms are furnished with King, Queen, and Twin beds and dressed in fresh linens through our Spinnaker's Fresh Bed Promise which are made before arrival.

Step outside to enjoy a private balcony—an ideal spot to catch the coastal breeze with your morning coffee or wind down in the evening with a peek at the sound.

Great condo with amazing views of the ocean! There is plenty of room for an extended family stay. Nice large balcony with lots of space. All the amenities one could want. Beach, large outdoor pools and hot tub and indoor pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the ocean with amazing views. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The décor was bright and welcoming, and we loved enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning while listening to the waves. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to coming back
