The room was okay for a motel as they do not all look or smell the same. I definitely wouldn't recommend as relates to the block I was on because there's another hotel next to it that looks abandoned, very dirty, and uninhabitable. Although there were lots of nightwalkers and seemingly busy outside activity around the property, it was very quiet and everyone kept to themselves.

Unsolicited people knocking on your door when you don’t want. There are also large cockroaches outside rooms and more than a few regular sized roaches inside the rooms. There are also security and safety concerns, because there was an infant newborn baby that was shot in the next building over recently.

HORRIBLE!! Booked 2 rooms and BOTH were filthy, beds slept in, drains in the tubs were clogged with paper, toilet had toilet paper and urine in the bowl, microwave didnt have buttons or a plate, cigarette lighter was left on counter, room smelled like cigarettes, lamp shades had mildew all over them, trash was visibly all throughout the room, but worst of all, ROACHES!!
