The rooms were ok. They are not up to date rooms and had a weird smell to it but overall it was good. The room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. 7/10.

Unable to use Hoyer loft

I have an adult son in a power wheel chair. It is very very difficult putting him in bed and getting him up. The reason is, the bed sits on a platform, which prevents my Hoyer lift from going under the bed to lift him. Even the handicapped room is this way. Was very difficult for me as he weighs about 219 pounds.

Loin cloths don’t work on me

Overall, the stay was ok. The 2 major issues for me were that when I asked for towels for my party, I was given the equivalent of loin cloths that didn’t even cover enough for my smallest child. Secondly, and most importantly, a pipe burst while I was in the middle of showering, and going to my 2nd room barely helped as I lapped water to clean myself off. To the front desk’s credit, they acknowledged it and apologized, but that was it. I wasn’t looking for a handout, but something in the way of compensation offered would have gone a long way, even if I didn’t take it.

Very old and rusty hotel. Terrible pest control, just outside of our room we found huge cockroaches everyday crawling freely on the hotel hallways. Shame on Wyndham Hotels.

For a short trip, it wasn’t bad. We had a pretty clean room. However, the window curtains were attached with thumb-tacs which isn’t safe. The room doors were super hard to open. You had to push hard to open the door. The room cards took a while to open the doors. I had called housekeeping for toilet paper and the front staff brought it to me which was nice. The front staff were great! My sister seen a roach the last day on the floor crawling.

The air conditioning system was not the best. common areas as the hallways are no very cool. the staff had to reset my room AC unit it was comfortable but not Cold. The staff was great, and the breakfast area was supper clean.
