Staff agreed to refund my money without question as it was obvious this was not a typical motel, but a homeless shelter. The stench of smoke was overpowering. Not just tobacco.
Staff was polite,apologetic and refunded my money. As soon as we exited the elevator the stench of smoke was overwhelming. After 5 minutes we knew there was no way we would survive 2 nights of that. It wasn't just tobacco either.

Felt very unsafe, there were dogs, it was filthy and smelly, people were yelling in the hallways and outside throughout the night. However the front desk lady was super sweet.
Cockroaches. Extremely unsafe neighborhood. Mold in sink. Old soap left in shower. Rust pipe leaked under sink. Curtain wouldn´t open, because slide rail was broken and bent out of shape. Curtain had holes in it. The only saving grace was the two front desk attendants we interacted with while there, were very polite.
This property is filthy. Old and out dated and really need to be thoroughñy cleaned and rennovated. Elevator smelled of strong piss and when i checked out some guy left his pants in the elevator. Never again

It was gloomy and unpleasant. The lighting in the rooms was so dark, I could hardly see to pack.
The surroundings and where it was located. Too much activity and not enough good eating places in the area.
Ok.More attention needed in bringing up services to Standard.Just a little more effort to maintenance and surroundings cleaning
Ok. I will be honest. This area is a little rough. But if you need to be in this area then it is what it is . But the people who run this hotel are wonderful. Neme the manager is great. And the house keeping is also wonderful. The rooms were clean. Security is good . The biggest thing was I accidentally left my toiletries bag in the bathroom when I checked out. I didn’t realize until I was 400 or 300 miles or so away. They kept my bag safe. All of my medications were in there. I was worried they would be gone . But because of their honesty and professional spirit every single thing in my bag was there. Even a exspensive bottle of cologne. Thank you so much motel 6 for such a great staff . Scott Bobbitt
The outside looked OKAY, inside lobby they had trash from extended stay people’s belongings all over the lobby, the roof I guess was leaking so they had trash cans catching drips. The room was okay and clean, not the best but good condition for price, beds were comfy and clean. The staff was nice and the front desk guy, I can’t remember his name but younger gentleman, was super friendly and very accommodating!
