There was no hot water in the shower, and I could not take a shower. Reported it to the desk and was told by the desk clerk, "I will report it." Did not offer me access to a working shower. I have never had a hotel stay where NO shower was available. This does not fit the definition of a "GUEST," which I assumed that I had paid to be. Turn-on was obviously removed and had been reinstalled completely wrong.
This was the turn-on which was totally reinstalled incorrect after some maintenance. NO hot water!

Very limited breakfast and only one person working each day so service is very slow. 10 minute wait just for coffee. Restaurant/bar area is closed at night if hotel doesn’t have enough guests. I picked the hotel for those two reasons and neither was worth it. However the hotel staff were all absolutely great! I will be going back just because of the staff

Awesome hotel and staff and location. But…be super careful if you have a car. The garage is easily accessible, but the parking spaces are small and there are literally a million concrete pillars to navigate…all of which are covered with paint from cars. Just…be…careful! Otherwise, awesome hotel and location. I ate nothing, so have no comments in that regard.

This is not the first time booking through a third party website like hotels.com. Whenever the room is not booked through the Marriot.com website I am automatically given the most undesirable room available. This time the door didn’t close completely and had to be locked with the latch. When mentioned to front desk staff, the only response was “oh I’m so sorry”. This is unacceptable and beyond disgraceful to customers
