The location of this property was excellent, and the host was helpful with arranging ground transportation and storing our luggage, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the check-in experience and condition of the property were very disappointing. The host was approximately three hours late for check-in, and we were moved to a different property than the one we originally booked. The replacement also had 2.5 bathrooms instead of the 3 bathrooms we expected.When we finally arrived, the property was not prepared for guests. The bathrooms were not very clean, linens were not properly prepared, and the beds were not made aside from bottom sheets. Overall, the property felt completely unstaged and not ready for check-in. Additionally, there were no traditional full showers, only handheld shower nozzles, which was not what we expected from the listing.While the location was excellent and the host was helpful with transportation and luggage storage, the significant check-in delay, last-minute property change, loss of amenities, and lack of cleanliness/preparation made the stay fall well below our expectations.
