Pésima experiencia

La peor experiencia de viaje en nuestra vida, el dueño del apartamento cancelo la estadía un día antes de la llegada, Hotels.com nos asignó otro departamento el cual no tenía la capacidad para las 5 personas que éramos y por las que habíamos pagado, incluso pagamos por una persona extra y ella terminó durmiendo en el suelo literalmente, lo peor no había toalla, ni sábanas, ni cobija para ella. Solo había un sillón muy pequeño e incómodo, por eso se prefirió dormir en el suelo, pedimos apoyo del anfitrión y nos lo negó por 2 días seguidos y hasta se portó grosero, nos quejamos con hotels.com México y jamás nos dieron una solución y hasta fueron groseros, en nuestra desesperación llamamos a Hotels.com USA y la verdad fueron muy amables y lo solucionaron, el problema fue que al llegar al nuevo hospedaje que nos proporcionaron era completamente diferente a las fotos, tenía hoyos en las paredes, suciedad por todos lados, insectos, y lo peor moh en la regadera. El lugar era un asco. Al final tuvimos que terminar pagando un nuevo hospedaje.

키와 방의 위치에 대한 추가 설명 필요

청결도등은 괜찮았지만, 사진과는 많은 차이가 있었어요 열쇠 보관 장소도 화분뒤 벽에 safe box 라고 적혀 있는데, 그냥 오른쪽 벽에 마스터 박스 (?) 해서 좀 헤매었고 1층인데, 계단으로는 3층이고 (2층이 1층이지만) 복도가 어두워서 (복도 불을 켜는 바튼.. 설명이 있었으면 좋았고) 방을 찾기 어려웠어요 ( 방 번호도 없고, 다른 방은 거주인들이 있어서, 그들에게 불편을 줄 수 도 있고 방 위치에 대한 설명이 좀 더 있었으면 좋겠고 (불을 켜고 구석 방을 보니까 airBnB 라고 표기 되었네요)
