Sunny and minimal apt in Glyfada with 3 bdrm

The apartment was fully reconstructed in 2018 in a minimal and modern way. It is furnished and fully equipped. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. 



The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Elliniko is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 50 meters away.



The house is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach of Glyfada is less than one km away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Voula and Vouliagmeni area. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning.



Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks and public transport. There is a bus station from where you can take a bus to the city center.



There is also a large garden where you can relax enjoying the sun!



Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

Great location, cozy home

Overall this property is in a wonderful location, very close to downtown Glyfada and accessible to many hot spots of Athens. We enjoyed our stay as a family comfortably and George was a great host. We look forward to returning in the future.

Good sized apartment in a nice building. Very safe area. Washing machine, dishwasher and full kitchen a big plus. Good air conditioning in each room, some hot water issues. Biggest problem was alot of black mold in the showers. Reached out to them 3 times requesting someone to come clean and disinfect the mold, no response.

Big modern apartment in quiet area of Glyfada

We loved living in a quiet area of Glyfada away from the noisy traffic. It was walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was big, modern and clean. It also had a nice terrace facing a garden. We hope that the owner could buy extra mattress to lay on top of the springmattress beacause the beds were not comfortable. The apartment were perfect except from the beds.
