Third time visiting Palmyra Hotel. Booked a three bedded room and to our surprise upon arrival we were upgraded into a family suite! It was spacious, very modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Couldn't be more happy. TIPS: 1.As we did not have breakfast included in the price, we had breakfast at the APOLLON bakery which is located behind the church opposite the hotel. Fully recommend it for breakfast etc. 2.Metro right behind the hotel. Takes you straight to Syntagma square. Negatives: Not a great sound proof.

Stayed there a couple days. Staff was very nice and service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was OK but not a lot of choice, there is room for improvement! Great location near 5-10mn walk of fabulous restaurants ans shopping area. Close to the beach. Overall would stay again without hesitation!

We stayed at the Palmyra Beach Hotel for one night on our way home. The first impression of the hotel was how clean and spacious it was with pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was excellent, it was large extremely well fitted and very comfortable. We ate breakfast there which had a great choice. We have stayed in many hotels around the area but this one was the best. We will definitely return.

This was a nice hotel, well situated on the corner of a main road, and about 200 yards from the beach, and a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre. It had a nice medium sized outdoor swimming pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. The rooms were nice and were reasonably priced.

It is impossible to sleep in this hotel , feels like the room is in the middle of a formula one race , the noise is twice as bad because it resonates from the interior gap of the building, the owners are aware of the problem yet they have not invested in sound proofing and rent out rooms you can't sleep !

Me and my boyfriend have booked this place a while ago and the images of the rooms on the website looked really nice, but when we have arrived here, we were put in quite an old looking room, right next to the main road in Glyfada which was very loud, especially at night. We have had breakfast one morning at the hotel and it was definitely not worth the price, it was underwhelming. After the breakfast I have asked the lady at the reception if there is a chance of us changing the room and she told us that we had booked the room with the street view( which we weren’t aware of) and that it would be extra €30 per night to change to a different room. So we just stayed in our room, it was okay but very loud and the bed was two small beds put together, which was not great at all.

Stayed here for one night only (before we flew out of Athens). The room we got upgraded to was very nice and clean as it had been recently renovated. Very comfortable but a little small so not sure if I would stay here for a longer stay but was perfect for an overnighter. Very easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Staff were nice and stored our luggage for us after we checked out. Did not have the breakfast but the restaurant looked fine. It is on a main road so be warned if you are an extremely light sleeper but we didn't have an issue with this.

It felt like the hotel was a little abandoned during the winter period. There wasn't a lot of guest here, but that's not a problem, if you are not staying here for long. We were here for 3 nights. Our first impression wasn't good and we actually didn't feel welcome. We asked if we could get a room on the top floor, but they said they were fully booked, so that wasn't possible. We tried the breakfast once and it was okay, but nothing more. The restaurant and bar-area had a lot of light and it didn't look like a bar. The room was okay, but nothing fancy. The noise from the street was easy to hear and it was actually quite annoying. Why isn't there any coat racks on the wall in the rooms? I didn't ask for it, because it didn't look like had been any holes in the wall for it before. The Glyfada-area is really nice though and if you want to live cheap, you can easily live hear. If you wan't a nice hotel, I recommend you to stay somewhere else. Unfortunately.

I am visiting Athens on a regular basis and I was usually staying at another hotel, but this time I wanted to give Palmyra a try. And I wasn't disappointed. A lot cheaper than the other one and even if it doesn't have a full sea view, it offers great value for the money. As a bonus, I also got upgraded for free to a superior room. Even though it's located on one of Athens' busiest streets, the rooms are quiet and there's also an interior court with a nice bar and a pool. I worked there great on a sunny October day. Didn't have breakfast, so I don't know about that. Also, even though it doesn't have parking spaces, there's plenty of room to park the car on the street, right in front of the hotel.

Checking was smooth , clean rooms , liked the balcony towards the roadside . Staff at reception was very attentive for all things , helped booking a 3 island tour perfectly ! Food at Restaurant in the hotel was good .Glyfada market and convenience shops are very close .
