Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are).
The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

It consists of 3 bedrooms (one double and two singles), large bathroom with shower, kitchen (with fridge, microwave and oven) and a large living room with a sofa that can be converted to double bed and dining area with 2 tables.
There is also a modern fireplace for winter.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a balcony and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
