Saroné villa has wonderful unobstructed sea & sunset view, is situated right opposite an organized beach and has access to the beach via an underpassage next to the house. The villa offers totally 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & garden shower. It features large verandas with awnings, aluminum frames with double glazing, mosquito screens, air conditioning in all rooms, solar water heater, disabled access, electric staircase chair, living room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with electrical appliances, built in 3 levels.
1st floor : 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom,
Ground floor : living room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 bathroom with washing machine & dryer, outdoor pergola dining area, garden,
semi-basement : bright open plan studio with kitchenette, bathroom & laundry.
Saroné villa has large landscaped garden planted with lawn, ornamental plants, automatic watering, private parking for 4-5 cars.
Baby cot can be provided without charge upon prior request.
Saroné villa can accomodate up to 13 pax in beds & convertible coaches to beds.
