My friends and I stayed there for 4 days, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was great you can either choose to have a balanced and healthy breakfast or the opposite with lots of bacon. The staff, the pool, the bar all perfect but still there's one thing that is always disappointing in different hotels, the Wi-Fi, the signal is weak in the rooms.
The rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The room service is really fast and the food is great. The hotel's restaurant, bar, pool and rooftop have a 360 view that covers all of Athens. Only one negative point, the WiFi signal is very weak inside the rooms.
OK for the price-quality for this hotel ,,,,,but 4 stars!!! for the quality of BREAKFAST,,we can not appreciate what the hotel offer us at all,,i will not analyse more about it,,, now the room is very good with a super view,,the bar at the roof garden excellent! and the lobby in the reception with fantastic chinesse art if y like that,,if we will be back there probably for the room quality and the view in the city
Extraordinary hotel, with a breathtaking view from the terrace pool bar. Loved the mojitos and the decoration of the inside of the bar!!! The rooms were so clean and the reception stuff very friendly! I will definitely choose that hotel again and again!!
Beautiful lobby, very good breakfast. Awful complimentary wi-fi access in the rooms, nasty dirty carpets. Asked for help with internet, and cable TV, but there wasn't anybody that could help. Better luck next time
dear all - be awere - they are the most unsensble place in the turist history - i book 1 night 1 person non refund room. got confermation for 2 rooms , imidietly (4 minutes) alert the hotel and booking com about the mistake and this hotel insist to charge me for the second room- i have all corespondence if anyone want to see if one can not get a mistake rectify - its plane stilling if a turist to greece and to this hotel get treated like this - they do not deserve any one business help the public teach them a lesson help the public that trust trip advisor teach them the way to treat turists
I needed to be in Athens for one night on the 18th October, 2 days before i booked this hotel, through BOOKING but for some reason I received confirmation for 2 triple rooms, and I was alone! immediately I contacted BOOKING and the hotel to rectify this matter - I certainly didnt need 2 triple rooms! Booking said it was up to the hotel to cancel one of the rooms! The hotel refused to cancel the second room, even though not 5 minutes had gone by since the confirmation. when I arrived at the hotel and tried to talk to someone at reception they didnt want to know!!!! stay away from hotels that treat their guests this way, they prefer money to helping guests.......
This hotel is at a price point which makes it popular, location is close to the metro, but I think it would be worth paying more and being walking distance to all the sites for a short break in Athens. Rooms are clean but dated. We booked this hotel for the pool as we were in Athens for more than a few days, whilst it was nice there are only about 15 beds around it which go quickly and they close it at 7pm precisely, which isn't convenient after a days sight seeing or if the sun goes down at 10pm.
This hotel is OK. The room was clean and tidy if a little dated. The location is fine - out of the very busy city centre in a slightly less busy suburb but only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro and about a 5 minute ride to the centre. There is an attractive lobby and a pleasant roof area with a pool and bar facility. The reception staff were excellent - efficient, helpful, superb Engish language skills etc. The staff in the pool area were not so helpful. We wanted to sit in a particular spot (out of the cold wind actually) but the wooden seating had no cushions so we requested them. The staff said they couldn't put the cushions out as it might rain. (It didn't.) We moved two chairs from a different area of the roof but the staff said we were not allowed to move chairs. I complained to reception and when I returned to the roof the staff said we could leave the chairs where we wanted them for this occasion only. How pointlessly difficult can you get? Apart from that curious problem, the only suggestion I can make would be to add some coffee-making facilities to the rooms as we did not want a full breakfast (and it was a bit exepnsvie anyway). Overall though, a reasonable hotel and reasonable value for money.
The hotel is not at very good one and needs some repairs. There were no shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom - perhaps the housekeeping's fault. There are two rooms for the breakfast which provide different food and service. The one of them is equipped with many coffee machines, variety of food, fruit and deserts, and the personnel is running through the tables and clean the plates. The other one is... :( a big mess. Big tables with many dirty plates on them (no people eating), only one coffee machine (which was out of service). Poor English of the personnel in the roof bar. The location is not favorable at all. You should take the metro (at a 10-15 minutes walk) for 3 stops in order to reach the city centre.
