Worst stay in Greece. Rented this property for 10 nights as home base because it supposedly had our top needs, AC, WiFi and 2 bathrooms. Wifi did not work, AC only worked in 2 bedrooms and lack of shower curtain resulted in no use of 2nd bathroom due to water flooding bathroom. Since no AC in living area, kitchen and living room were not useable since it was very hot. We were basically stuck in bedrooms only. I have photos but unable to post here. I sent messages daily to management company along with phone calls. Zero response. Called Expedia first night and spent almost an hour on the phone with them. Management company would not return their calls either. AVOID this apartment, it is not as described. Total waste of money and ruined our stay in Athens. I would give negative stars if I could. Should be removed from Expedia totally. Poor rating is being generous for this property and management company.

Clean and large space!

The entire place immaculate! Very large open spaces and huge kitchen! Check-in was a little difficult, but everything worked out great! Would definitely re-book.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, was für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten ideal ist. Auch das Platzangebot ist für eine Familie absolut ausreichend, und das Check-in verlief einfach und problemlos – dafür ein großes Lob. Leider entspricht die Wohnung insgesamt nicht mehr ganz dem Standard, den man bei diesem Preis erwarten würde. Die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Fotos im Inserat zeigen offenbar die Wohnung im Neuzustand, doch inzwischen ist vieles abgewohnt. Die beiden Badezimmer sind sehr klein – eventuell wäre ein größeres Bad praktischer und komfortabler. Auch die Böden sind sehr laut, sodass man ständig aufpassen muss, die Nachbarn nicht zu stören. Die Betten müssten dringend ersetzt oder zumindest gründlich gereinigt werden. Ich habe allergische Reaktionen und Bisse festgestellt, vermutlich durch Bettwanzen, was nun ärztlich behandelt werden muss. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, aber für diesen Preis erwartet man mehr Sauberkeit, Pflegezustand und Komfort. Mit etwas Investition und Pflege könnte die Wohnung wieder ein echtes Highlight sein.

Perusmajoitus hyvällä sijainnilla

Jos tarvitset vain halvan nukkumapaikan, niin paikka menettelee. Asunnosta saisi pienellä vaivalla todella kivan. Harmi, että siihen ei ole haluttu panostaa. Plussaa alueesta. Koukaki on kiva alue, paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja lähellä ja alueella näkee paikallisia. Metrolla pääsee keskustaan tai mukavaa reittiä myös kävellen. Itse asunto on kulunut ja kalusteet on huonot/rikkinäiset. Sängyissä ei ole petauspatjoja, eikä ne olleet kovin mukavat nukkua. Astioita oli liian vähän, äänieristys on olematon. Toinen suihku oli rikki eli sitä ei voinut käyttää. Toinen kylpyhuone haisi pahalla. Wifi ei todellakaan toimi! 400 eurolla/viikko ei kuitenkaan voi odottaa täydellisyyttä eli siihen rahaan ihan ok.

Struttura molto ampia al secondo piano di un palazzo molto vicino al centro.Due bagni piccoli ma con tutto l' occorrente,tre camere da letto molto spaziose e con letti comodi,una cucina con tavolo e sedie e una sala con divani e TV.Due grandi terrazze sia davanti che sul retro.Unica pecca è la comunicazione con l' agenzia che non parla italiano( greco o inglese)ma che si è resa disponibile a tradurre per facilitare il check in.Ottima la posizione a pochi minuti dal Partenone e alla metro.Consiglio questa struttura sia famiglie che a gruppi di amici.
