The room was spacious, there was an elevator for easy access. Check in was helpful and fast. There was a waiting area with drinks to buy if needed. Expresso and tea with a mini fridge in the room. I would like to know how the cleaning staff washed the cups in the room. I didn't see them replace them. We stayed for two night and were very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. We stayed in the room with multiple beds. The only objectionable part was the rooms floor that was neither carpeted not had flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very clean. Decent shower and bathroom and clean closets. The basement was amazing having a pool table and kitchen for cooking and a lot of seating area both upstairs and downstairs. Extra bathrooms available in the basement.

Staff is awesome, very polite and attentive. The small kitchen/entertainment area in the basement was a pleasant surprise. Location is not ideal but I would definitely recommend it to my friends. It offers a great value for those traveling on a budget. The only thing I wish we had was a bigger bathroom.

Convenient & budget

The good: Convenient location close to Victoria station... ample space for a family of 4. Youngest loves the bunk bed. Around the location OK. Tried Hungry Buddha for food on the first night, which is just around the corner... Can't really go wrong for a quick bite here. The could be improved: Light fitting hanging off in the room, and shower head did not fit in the desired receptacle so had to be held at all times... Could be solely on the room we were allocated... Didn't complain as it wasn't a huge issue for us given the price and the quick visit. So didn't get the opportunity to see how they would respond.

The hotel and staff were perfect. Anything you need all you have to do is ask. The iron and ironing board were already set up in my room like requested upon my arrival. I loved the balcony from my room. Having espresso and watching the sunrise from there each morning was beautiful. It is also in a convenient location close to the Victoria station that can take you anywhere within Athens. Would definitely recommend anyone here and stay here again!

Walkable from Biktoria Metro station, reachable from the airport after changing the metro line at Monastiraki station. Room is fairly spacious, fairly clean. Our room on the fifth floor has a balcony nearby, but being open, that was dusty and not very clean. Front desk has one staff round the clock, all were quite helpful. No restaurant, no breakfast, but there are shops and eateries very close-by.

We loved it! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My son was sick for part of our stay and they were always checking to make sure he was alright. Both women at the front desk were very helpful, one by telling us about the local taxi calling app and the other who politely let our neighbors know that it was quiet hours at 1 a.m. The shower had great water pressure and I loved the cup for tooth brushes next to the sink. The bed was of medium firmness and there were two sifferent pillow densities to choose from! There was a window that opened, great blackout curtains, a small desk, and a tall coat closet to be used. The housekeeping staff were friendly, making sure we had coffee and water each day and that our trash was changed out. There was also a mini fridge that came in handy for all of the drinks we had. In the basement, we played pool, watched some tv in the theater area and used the kitchen to make sandwiches. Overall, an incredible place to stay and I would highly recommend it for all types of travel. Enjoy!
