The room used space efficiently. The bathroom was super tiny, but served its purpose. It was nice to have keypad room entry so I did not have to worry about keeping track of a key. Nice to have front door to hotel locked with keypad entry as well.

The room was spacious, there was an elevator for easy access. Check in was helpful and fast. There was a waiting area with drinks to buy if needed. Expresso and tea with a mini fridge in the room. I would like to know how the cleaning staff washed the cups in the room. I didn't see them replace them. We stayed for two night and were very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. We stayed in the room with multiple beds. The only objectionable part was the rooms floor that was neither carpeted not had flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very clean. Decent shower and bathroom and clean closets. The basement was amazing having a pool table and kitchen for cooking and a lot of seating area both upstairs and downstairs. Extra bathrooms available in the basement.

Staff is awesome, very polite and attentive. The small kitchen/entertainment area in the basement was a pleasant surprise. Location is not ideal but I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The good: Convenient location close to Victoria station... ample space for a family of 4. Youngest loves the bunk bed. Around the location OK. Tried Hungry Buddha for food on the first night, which is just around the corner... Can't really go wrong for a quick bite here. The could be improved: Light fitting hanging off in the room, and shower head did not fit in the desired receptacle so had to be held at all times... Could be solely on the room we were allocated... Didn't complain as it wasn't a huge issue for us given the price and the quick visit. So didn't get the opportunity to see how they would respond.

The hotel and staff were perfect. Anything you need all you have to do is ask. The iron and ironing board were already set up in my room like requested upon my arrival. I loved the balcony from my room. Having espresso and watching the sunrise from there each morning was beautiful. It is also in a convenient location close to the Victoria station that can take you anywhere within Athens. Would definitely recommend anyone here and stay here again!
