The location is safe and nice. The minimarket across the way is great. It has snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. The beach is nice once you realize the seaweed is just floating on the surface. Do wish they had more comfortable seating down near the water and or the sunbeds on the beach. The view and location is super nice. The food is great. Full breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff are really attentive. The main issue was the bathroom in our room. The window wouldn't open and even the staff couldn't open it. Made the bathroom stuffy. Also couldn't really use the rainfall shower because it would flood the whole bathroom. It didnt have a curtain. It was also broken. Had to use the handheld more so showering wasn't 100% comfortable.

Beautiful location to spend day/night before our flight home. Did not use beach,small and rocky but the scenery around the hotel was very nice. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. We had nice Greek dinner across the street

The pros: breakfast buffet was excellent--best we experienced in our multiple trips to Greece. Property has a nice pool with ocean view. Hotel is ocean front with beach access. Easy dining options nearby. Street parking is available. The cons: Property is not well kept. Corners of room are dirty with dust and debris. The surrounding area is loud at night and rooms do not offer sound insulation from banging doors in adjacent hallway or from street noise. Staff was courteous but did not offer help with luggage. Very small parking lot onsite.

Staff were great. Hotel was very good but noisy at night. Not much to do in Mati so spent most of the holiday in the hotel around the pool with a couple of days out to Athens and nearby beaches.

This property is conveniently located between Rafina port and the airpot (20- 25 minutes). It's a beautiful hotel with a pool and a beach area. The breakfast is amazing and there are two restaurants located across the street, as well as a market.

Excellent hotel that offers beach and pool opportunities. Great dining options within walking distance. If you want solemnity outside of the Athens core, this is a great hotel. One drawback is that to go anywhere, taxi’s are needed, which can get expensive. Overall, perfect experience for what we wanted.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is newer and very nicely decorated – beautiful lobby area, and nice rooms. There’s a very pleasant outdoor eating area with a beautiful view of the water. The pool and beachfront are smaller. The food was good – everyone in the family could find something they liked and there was enough of a variety. Cappuccinos in the morning and piña coladas from the bar were both excellent. The food might be the one area I think could be improved upon but overall, this was a very nice stay, especially for our time between Crete and the Athens airport to return home from our vacation.

Comfort, internet access, room all great, staff were brilliant, nothing was too much bother, they were very helpful and thoughtful. Public transport was not very convenient, one shop, a quiet seaside village. Towns were easily accessible by taxis and staff made arrangements when needed.

The hotel is wonderful, I don’t think the photos do it any justice. The staff are always jolly and welcoming, every single one of them. The rooms are lovely, clean and beds really comfy. The breakfast is tasty with lots of options. Nice pool area and sea easily accessible. Lovely views from the bar/restaurant area

Hotel is nice. Bathroom in room had horrible smell that would not go away. Majority of feont desk staff was ok, besides man at front desk in the evening. Seems he wanted to spend his time on the phone then fealing with guests without an attitude. Restaurant staff very friendly.
