The place is great. Clean and as described, big and roomy. We had a great time. Also the area was nice, look past the graffiti and you'll find many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is also a supermarket a short 2 minute walk away. Metro is 6 minutes walk. Overall great apart from a small hiccup with getting the check-in info.

Arriving at the property was a culture shock. The buildings were covered in graffiti if one can dare call it that. The streets were dirty and it felt unsafe. One had to walk very far to reach a more positive environment. Thankfully this time I travelled with a friend and not my usual solo travelling. I would not have felt safe there on my own. Once inside the apartment it was neat, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. There was understandably street noise which settled down around midnight. If the apartment was situated elsewhere it would have been quite acceptable.
