A 68m2 modern flat located in Koukaki, one of the hippest areas of central Athens and just a 10 minute walk to Acropolis hill. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom provides a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds (that can be joined). Both rooms are air-conditioned and have access to the balcony. Room darkening shades are available in both bedrooms. The flat offers one modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen

The apartment was exactly how it was described and was fabulous!! It was very clean and had a very well equipped kitchen! The location was perfect as it was literally in the plaza so there wasn’t car/motorcycle etc noise. The windows and doors were very solid and kept out the restaurant/bar noise from below… and we were able to walk everywhere and access the Metro very easily! I would recommend this apartment 200%!! Thank you to our lovely hosts for the awesome communication as this was our very first trip to Greece! Epheristo!!

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well-located with an elevator to get to the flat with our luggage. The neighbourhood is not touristy, and yet is a mere 20 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum. The Philopappos Hill is just three uphill blocks away. The flat has two balconies and the one off the kitchen and smaller bedroom overlooks the street. That is not as bad as it sounds as it is closed to traffic and lined with cafes and restaurants. The hubub is neat to hear but if it is too loud close the doors and turn up the air conditioning. Generally well equipped but the kitchen knives need sharpening. Shower was great. Lots of room for the two of us single women. Would recommend and stay there again.

The perfect spot to explore Athens

I really can't say enough good things about this flat. The location is perfect. It's on a busy street lined with great bars and restaurants, so you feel as though you're in the heart of things, yet the flat is quiet. It's 10 minutes walk from the historic heart of the city and just around the corner from bus, tram and metro stops. The flat is very clean and well equipped. There were only two of us, but it would be equally suitable for a party of four.The host went out of their way to be accommodating. The flat was already ready when we arrived in Athens and we were able to arrange to leave our bags safely so we could explore before our evening flight home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely home from home.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral. Das ist super zum Sightseeing, allerdings ist es nachts in der Straße sehr laut. Die Fenster sind aber fast schalldicht. Einziges Problem der Wohnung ist die Hellhöirgkeit. Wir hatten zwei Nächte Party im Haus.
