The place is well located, has been recently renovated and has everything ones need. The communication was good as well.
However, my experience was not perfect.
Some of the instructions were confusing, e.g that the door is 6.0 while the sign on the wall says 6.1 or that the boiler button is on the electricity board, but no hint that the board is hidden in the wardrobe. It's a shame because these are all simple things to sort and are simply making a bad first impression.
Apart from that, there was a very annoying system to open the door. I had to put the code in some of the time 5 times before the door would open. I raised the problem but been told "this is how it works" which is not a great reply. It also didn't feel secure that the door to the balcony was not secured.
Other small issues were a lack of bed light and the fact that there were only blinds on the windows, meaning you are either in the dark or all the neighbours see you.
It would have been nice as well if there were some extra towels, toilet papar etc when someone is staying a whole week.
Bottom line, it's a nice place to stay, but some basic adjustments will turn it into excellent and will justify paying the extra cost.
