Good appartment in quite street in central Athens. Very good communication through out my stay and smooth check in/check out with code. Downside, less flexibility with early check-in and with floor preferances, ventilation is not optimal in the bathroom, need to pay extra charge for cleaning and towels otherwise you do it yourself. Overall good stay but would consider hotel next time.

Perfect apartment for few days base for exploring Athens. Clean, good facilties, comfortable bed. I was working while there and wifi v good. Quiet safe building. Just round corner from ample cafes and bakeries etc. V easy walk to Kolanaki area and elsewhere. I didnt use transport at all, all walkable. Would stay again.

room was great, the neighbourhood was really good (bourgeois trendy with outstanding restaurants but feels like an Athens neighbourhood, not a tourist neighbourhood), and Evans was super responsive. The locks are number key which wasn't a problem (you may have to key it in a couple of times) and the shower worked fine. No complaints, and would definitely stay there again.

April, 2026, we spent eight nights at My Greek Vacations, and we loved it! Evan, the host, was responsive and a good communicator; the central base was fantastic. Outstanding stay in Athens! We couldn't be happier with the choice! The apartment was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the modern amenities I needed for our 7-night stay. The location is good. It’s situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to major attractions and authentic local restaurants. We appreciated the smooth check-in process. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Having access to a [e.g., kitchen/washing machine/balcony with a view] made the stay feel like a true home away from home. Clean comfortable property situated near the Acropolis, Plaka, & funky little cafes, restos & bookstores. Rooms appear to have been renovated, beds are comfy, & the street, though centrally located, is remarkably quiet. Evans kindly arranged our transfer, (at a cost of 48 Euros), which was seamless & helpful. Disappointed to discover we reportedly had not booked a suite with balcony; modest issues with the room we were provided (limited daylight in room & noise from main door below) undermined our stay a bit, but we minimized those issues by getting out to enjoy Athens. Some small tweaks (coffee in rooms, fixing the spring on main door, a guide for guests) would enhance the stay greatly & make this property almost perfect. Overall, a very good stay, & we would seek this out if in Athens again — thank you Evans & My Greek Vacations!!

Excellent ! You can walk everywhere and there is coffe shop and place to eat 24 hours open in less than 5 minutes walk ! Apartment is very comfortable and have everything you need
