Clean room spacious living area, good location close to many sights. Walking distance to Mt Lycabettus and metro 5-10 mins walk. Lots of cafes and bars in surrounding areas, recommend the restaurant Yoda for all day dining, good prices and lovely decor. Evans our host was great always attentive and available for questions and any help needed. The apartment had everything you would need for a home away from home; fridge kettle cooker/oven. All fitting and fixtures were clean and looked fresh. Some coffee/tea is provided but would suggest packing your own tea/coffee as difficult to find a store close by that doesn't charge a fortune for a jar of coffee! Or alternatively just jump out across the street to grab a coffee from Enuff Said. The heating for the shower was not too much of an issue...push the button and by the time you gathered you toiletries and clothes, brushed your teeth etc it would be hot enough for a shower. The windows have black out shutters, but can also be opened to let in the fresh air which was nice. The street is quiet so no sleep disturbance. All in all a great place to stay for a visit to Athens.

The place is well located, has been recently renovated and has everything ones need. The communication was good as well. However, my experience was not perfect. Some of the instructions were confusing, e.g that the door is 6.0 while the sign on the wall says 6.1 or that the boiler button is on the electricity board, but no hint that the board is hidden in the wardrobe. It's a shame because these are all simple things to sort and are simply making a bad first impression. Apart from that, there was a very annoying system to open the door. I had to put the code in some of the time 5 times before the door would open. I raised the problem but been told "this is how it works" which is not a great reply. It also didn't feel secure that the door to the balcony was not secured. Other small issues were a lack of bed light and the fact that there were only blinds on the windows, meaning you are either in the dark or all the neighbours see you. It would have been nice as well if there were some extra towels, toilet papar etc when someone is staying a whole week. Bottom line, it's a nice place to stay, but some basic adjustments will turn it into excellent and will justify paying the extra cost.

Our little apartment was very clean. The bed did not disappoint, it was very comfortable. The kitchen had enough for one to cook if they wanted to. The view was amazing and it was nice not to have to share the balcony. It is located is a busy area the noise didn't really bother us much but it might for others.

We got a nice apartment on the fifth floor with city view. The area was quiet and with some restaurants and mini markets at walking distance. It is a little bit far from the city center so you will need to take a taxi to visit the most popular areas in Athens. Overall we had a good experience except for the issue with the elevator that did not work during our entire stay and the apartment had a plumbing issue with the bathroom sink that we reported but was not fixed.

Great property. Well maintained. Had all the creature habits of home! Evans was excellent with communication and even arranged transportation from the airport! Location was perfect - walkable distance from most things. Quiet neighborhood and the on property laundry was a complete bonus. Both the airport and cruise terminal are both about 40-mins away and were not very expense. This property is highly recommend.

This hotel was honestly amazing! Free laundry, nice gym, walking distance to everything, less than a block to the coffee shop in the AM, great gyros place a few min away, right above a great gelato place for dessert - zero hesitations rebooking/recommending to others. Very clean, safe, air conditioning, kitchenette if you want to eat in - amazing!

This is the perfect location to enhance your visit to Athens. It is small and cozy, has laundry facilities at no charge. It would be nice to know you need coffee pods and there is no microwave. It would be wonderful to have a small sauce pan to make soup. The bed was clean and comfortable. We travel around the world and this would be highly recommended. Great communication.
