Air cond either on or off and temperature cannot be adjusted. Elevators are so tiny and run so slowly, sometimes only one is operating, waiting for elevators takes forever. Bed made of foam, not mattress and not comfortable. Sink drains slowly. TV screen size not big enough for distance from bed. Carpet runs down.

There was a guy with with gray/silver hair at the reception who was very rude to us and made our stay very uncomfortable and awkward. But honestly, the rest of the staff were not that bad. Another point is that really, really do not expect this hotel to be a 4 star hotel. You know, it was at best 2 or 3 star hotel, because the quality of their amenities and cleanness were really not a 4 star hotel quality and we got really disappointed.
