I had a pet friendly room and it was very clean and didn’t smell or give any indication that it was a pet room. The breakfast was also great! Very clean and affordable!

Very comfortable

Check in was very easy and smooth. The room is spacious and comfortable. It appears clean, and I feel safe. Everything works, including the fitness room. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, apples, and bagels. Yes, I would stay here again.

The ladies working the front desk were great and helped us in every way!! The 2 queen room (305) we had was very outdated…full wall mirror was gone, hot water was cold, cold water was lukewarm, refrigerator was wonky and unbalanced, the toilet kept having issues and there was a huge spider/dust web in the corner of the window. Easily could’ve been cleaned but no. My mom stayed in 1 king room (308) if I had that room, I wouldn’t have anything negative to say. Also, beware of the Hispanic maintenance/cleaning man, he was very aggressive in trying to let me know I needed to change my room sign to “housekeeping” when we still had 2 hours before checkout. My kids and I were in our pajamas and he stepped foot into our room trying to change our door sign. I did let the lady know at the front desk and she told me she told her manager but no guest should feel uncomfortable like that especially when it wasn’t checkout time!! I will not be returning to this location ever.

I called to make sure they were pet friendly. The woman was so nice and accommodating. We arrived about 2 hours later and she remembered speaking to me in the phone.
