Not a bad hotel. Only stayed there two nights. Everything was clean, but there was a musty smell in the room. They need new sheets and bedding as well. The ones we got had holes and tears in them. Other then the musty smell and old sheets it was fine for a two night stay. Staff was very friendly as well.

Very convenient location just off interstate. Good restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast. Staff extremely nice, courteous, and very helpful. I would stay at hotel again.

We booked this hotel through choice hotels, and did the pay now and sabe option, which we felt was a good way to go so that when we got here we could just check in and go to our room. When we got here it was just after midnight. We were very tired from driving all day. The people behind the desk had zero customer service skills. They barely even spoke to us. Simply asked name for reservation and told us what our room number was. That was it. Nothing about what time breakfast was and didn't tell us which way our room was without us having to ask. When we got to the room, we did all of our usual hotel room inspection before off loading our luggage. We found hairs in the shower, hairs in the bed and some sort of huge unknown crude on the carpet. Very disgusting. We went back to the front desk and complained about the lack of clean sheets and dirty shower but all they did was stare at us. We had to repeat ourselves and finally just asked for new sheets. It took them (2 people) 10 minutes to find new sheets. We got back to the room and made the bed and the sheets were better but far from new. They had a small hole in them and etc. The next day we went and bought sheets for travelling so this would never be a problem again. The morning after we went to get breakfast from the front and there was hardly anything and the kitchen was closed. Apparently breakfast ended at 9 am but we had no idea because no one told us! We then complained to the manager about everything thus far and his response was "what do you want?" First we asked for money back or discount and he said "No refund, no refund!!!" Then we told him just to have the maid make sure the room was clean. He exclaimed "It will be clean!" We went on about our business and came back and it didn't look any different. It was very clear she didn't vaccum . As far as the smell of the place, when you walk into the lobby it smells horribly of cigarettes because they have smoking rooms available and the smell lingers through the rest of the hotel. The room itself smelled of mildew and the air was very wet feeling.The bed itself was a little hard but okay. The tv sits on this very low dresser and is hard to see if you're laying in bed. The room has the convenience of a microwave and mini fridge. They were clean. Apparently the room we received was renovated but it only seems they painted it. Nothing else looked new. We are only finishing our stay here because we paid for it and the manager refused a refund. We will never stay here again.

The rooms were a nice size and the staff were extremely nice. My room was clean and quiet. I believe they are doing renovations which will improve the hotel even more. Only complaint is even with all rooms being interior, the hotel didn't have an elevator.

Convenient to interstate, clean with good breakfast and coffee! Staff responsive and very helpful. Very quiet room with comfortable bed; hotel close to restaurants; best part of hotel is location, service and staff.

I have stayed in this hotel(over 10times) to visit my brother living near by. I stay here to have a nice quite stay at a affordable price,nice staff , check in easy,clean rooms great free breakfast to start your day hotel quite not noisy great place to take family away.Visit this hotel from Charleston SC will not disappoint. Last October I had a great experience families for Charleston and further south gathered all left South Carolina in hurricane all enjoyed stories at breakfast about how they left to find nice hotel and we all felt warm and safe till the storm pasted rough time made better by Mr.Patel and great staff Thanks from Charleston you Rock!!!

I stay at this hotel quite frequently and can say that its not perfect but the staff strive to have a great hotel. I have multiple choices in the area and always choose to stay here. The hotel is currently under renovation and will be awesome once complete. The hotel is quiet and is close to restaurants (fast food and an awesome Mexican restaurant). The location being close to the Interstate is convenient so travel to and from is not too difficult after being on the road for hours. I can say that I have not had a bad experience and will stay there once again in the coming week.

My husband an I were traveling home and too tired to continue driving. We pulled off the highway after booking this hotel through TripAdvisor. The reviews were acceptable and the rate low. Needless to say, you get what you pay for. This hotel is very worn, dated and not clean. If we weren't so exhausted we would have left. When I saw the phone (see photo) it made me wonder if anyone ever cleaned. We have learned our lesson. One positive, they do serve free breakfast.

Our room is very nice and we'll kept. We stay here every year about six our seven times a year. Great for us going to the UGA home games. Our room is very spacious and Mr Patel and his staff are wonderful. If you are in the area for any reason you will be very pleased with your stay.

The beds were comfortable and spacious, and it was very quiet. There was no elevator, and it was a little difficult to spot the hotel once you exited I-85. But, the service was excellent- we needed extra towels, and they provided them for us immediately.
