" The hotel gave me a different room from original booking, the pre parking arrangements did not work.
The food in the bar area on Friday night was very poor.
The hotel had a power cut on Friday night and building work outside the hotel, which began at 7.45 Monday morning.
I had a long discussion with reception about my parking in which he tried to blame a third party and it was my responsibility to sort it out!
The only way I could sort this out was by getting a refund and arranging alternative parking.
Service not expected by this chain of hotel."
