I’ve stayed several times at the hotel and will return again. Great breakfast, very comfortable rooms, excellent location. The only negative was that it’s not apparent when booking through a third party (such as Expedia) that you’ll only receive a discount on parking if you book in advance with Q Parks and enter a discount code - the hotel don’t validate parking. This could have been highlighted in correspondence more prominently. However, would gladly stay again

My room was excellent, felt brand new. It was a superior room but the bathroom was really tiny. I am a small person and I struggled not banging into the door once inside, not good enough. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were not really there it was weird I could have just walked in and helped Myself except I went looking for a staff member. Anyway. Despite the fire alarm going off at 6am and the roadworks going outside at 11pm I would probably stay again just because it’s so clean and new

Clean, friendly, safe, quiet. Thank you. My only issue was the revolting chemical stench of cleaning products that greeted me in the corridor and in my room on arrival. These products can’t be good for staff or guests to inhale on scales like this. Please look into this issue and see if you can find human - friendly cleaning agents. I asked the cleaning lady not to clean my room. She obliged and I was a lot more comfortable in that I wasn’t gagging on the chemicals on my second night. There was also no way to open a window so I couldn’t get fresh air into the room. I had a good stay and recommend the hotel, in principle, but my stay was unfortunately marred by the chemical miasma in the bedroom area.

Such a lovely hotel. Right in the heart of Sheffield. We couldn’t have asked for more. On the doorstep of the Cathedral and Winter Gardens to name but a few. It seems silly to say but the only issue we had was the tv! It had bbc1 but not 2, itv or channel 4. Very strange. Would still highly recommend

A 3 night stay, electric went out in room, no phone in room to contact reception, had to down from 5th floor to LG to complain, had to move room, so had to pack up and unpack again. Meal in restaurant arrived without vegetable, asked for it to be provided, not available offered others but not acceptable. Ordered breakfast to be delivered to room, the card wasn’t collected so no breakfast arrived, meant I was late leaving. Staff rather non committal. I have stayed in Radisson hotels, this by far the worst experience.
