Affordable quality for Aspen. A bit of a walk but not really. Free parking where nowhere else has free parking. Very kind desk workers. Very clean rooms. Rooms are fairly close together but for the price i was very happy.

The lodge is right across from hiking trails and conveniently located in walking distance to all of Aspen.
Check in was very efficient, room was clean. Location was near main street, easy to get around.

The pictures on Orbitz or other booking site do sell the rooms but it's not like it
They give me an incorrect room. When go back to the office they gave me the correct one but this one was unclean and beds not done. I have to go back to office again so finally after 45 min I was able to go in to a proper room
The rooms are ancient but very clean. Evening check in human was helpful and pleasant. Can be a bit noisy with the old building.
