Stay away from Frias Properties - it is a scam
This was the worst experience I have ever had traveling. The property management company office was marked as the location for the property, so while i thought i was staying slopeside - the condo was on the outskirts of town. The pictures shown were also false - it was of a different condo and was not even close to where they had put us. The office was closed by 5 even though they stated check in was until 7. Once we got the keys and realized it was a scam - it took about 3 hours of them saying “I cant do anything let me try to contact someone” and then at the end of all that waiting - they wanted us to pay extra to stay in the place that was advertised. We asked for a refund - which luckily they did promise...and ended up booking another place at 10pm to try to forget about this horrible experience. This ended up costing us a night of our long weekend and additional 500 dollars to book past minute as our other options were no longer available. Frias Properties was the name of that management company - and I would recommend staying away!

FRIAS LODGING IN ASPEN
THERE WAS A SEVERE ISSUE WITH LATE CHECK IN. FRIAS MADE IT RIGHT AND THEN SOME BY UPGRADING TO A HIGH QUALITY LUXURY UNIT.

Vocation Home for family is OK.
Not good if you are looking for a hotel room. Hard to find the place, no attendent after hour, tram is hard to operate to get to the level.

Great location needs updating
This condo is in a great location handy for the bus the gondola, shops and restaurants.
However it is a little tired and in need of freshening up. For example old blankets and towels.
