Reception area modern and welcoming. Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Romm, clean. Bed comfy. Sky TV, frustrating (took ages to find channels we wanted) windows need sealing as could feel a draft and hear traffic noise. However the worst thing was the noise from the other guests - banging on doors and running up and down the corridors until 1am. So frustrating.

Holiday Inn, Ashford.

Check in was very easy, staff on desk polite and nothing too much trouble. Room spotless and comfy. Good facilities, shower, tea and coffee etc. Breakfasts were very good with a decent choiceof food. Checknout was as easy as checking in. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Nice stop-over stay

A very brief stay enroute to Europe. Great location for this type of trip. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Bar and restaurant area looked nice although we didnt use it. Room was spacious and adequate for a family of 4. Slight drain smell in room but we put up with it for one night. Rom was quiet.
