The check in process was easy and the proximity to the national park entrance was perfect. The room, however was not up to par. No smoke detector apparent. The faucets leaked causing the water punp to run a lot. The toilet didnt flush well and by our last day seemed to be backing up into the shower. (The office was closed so we couldnt share the feedback at checkout. Finally, the bed was so uncomfortable with its sagging and creaking. Oh, and no internet service at all was a challenge since we were unaware that this was the case u til after check-in.

We booked a standard room for two guests but were instead placed in a three-bedroom suite. While the extra space was unexpected, the suite could benefit from some improvements. The carpets and rugs needed more thorough cleaning, the furniture and lighting were not especially comfortable, and unfortunately, the beds did not provide restful sleep. The electrical outlets also presented challenges, as none were able to hold a charger securely. In addition, the soundproofing was limited—we could hear neighboring TVs, conversations, and footsteps. Expedia’s listing also mentioned a coffee shop on-site, but we did not find one during our stay. Due to our full hiking itinerary and management’s limited desk hours, we did not have the opportunity to share these concerns directly with staff. On the positive side, the location is excellent for quick access to the national park, and the price is reasonable for travelers prioritizing proximity over amenities. This property could be a good fit for those looking for a budget-friendly place to stay near the park, but guests seeking comfort and quiet may want to explore other options.

Our toilet leaked all night. They had us lay towels around the toilet for the night. The shower squeaked very loudly. The room was very outdated. The coffee maker is in the bathroom. The employee at the desk was very polite.

Stayed in a standard room on second floor. Room was very spacious with seating area, table and chairs, full refrigerator, microwave and a wall air-conditioning unit. There was lots of storage for grocery items, clothes and bathroom items in unit. Modest accomodations. Pleasant staff. Location was just outside of entrance to National Park. Restaurants close by. Try the homemade blackberry pie at Copper Creek Inn. Limited grocery stores to purchase your own food, suggest you get them before arriving.

We expected cabins as advertised, but got rooms in office building complex instead. Room was OK, but needs updating. Proximity to national park was great. Had to drive back toward Ashford or into park for meals.

It is a very nice hotel. Just a little run down, but the staff was great. And it was only a few yards from the entrance to RMNP. Which was great. We went in early and was able to get parking easily.

We loved the cabins. They were clean and enough room for the 2 of us. The grounds were well maintained. Great location to the park entrance, a 2 minute walk to the welcome.sign. The only downside was they did not have any ice machines, extra toilet paper and we had to ask for a hair dryer.
