Yes, we reached the National park very well. We lost electric power at 8pm in our unit. We called the property manager, 5x, no answer.The office, front desk was close. The property manager not on site. 2 hours lost with Expedia, on chat and emails.

We got told by Expedia , that Gateway doesn't want to refund us, neither Expedia. Totally unaccptable from both ,Gateway Inn and Expedia. It is a shame for both.
