Upon arriving the microwave didn’t work and no hot water. After a talk with people in the office and returning from dinner everything was perfect! The fireplace and a nice bonus and warmed us nicely after an unexpected day in the snow. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
The check in great! Our host was amazing!! He even got me warm cream for my coffee. Just loved him.

I was cozy place with a fire place inside the room. Even I booked at the last moment in the night, they responded me right away. It was a pleasant stay.
I will recommend this place to my friends.
The blinds in the room did not close properly, which was quite uncomfortable since the property faces a busy road. Because of this, people passing by or cars on the road could easily see inside the room, compromising privacy. It felt awkward having to stay cautious about where to sit or change due to the lack of proper window coverage. This is definitely something the hotel should fix, as it makes the stay feel less private and secure.
The gateway inn was awesome! Check in process was extremely easy, staff were super kind over the phone and upon arrival. I would totally rent a cabin here again especially for the price! Our cabin was clean, well kept up for its age, and the bed was super comfortable (pillows were a little sad, but not the worst). It was pretty neat to get to stay so close to the park entrance (literally steps away)
Very private cabin, though not isolated. Very roomy and authentic to its age and era of build. LOVED the fireplace. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Staff was amazing and friendly. Literally at the entry gate to Ranier for park and hiking access.

We stayed in the premium cottage. It was nice and bright inside and felt private and quiet. We did not have cell service and the WiFi was ok but sign said it could be spotty. Had to ask for a hair dryer but they were all out. It was fine for a night close to the national park.
A large, clean room. Just outside Mt. Ranier NP entrance. A grocery store about 4 miles away, and restaurants starting at about one mile away. Good internet, but the cellular service was sketchy due to its remote location. It's a remote location, so they do the best they can.
The premium cabin was better than advertised! It was clean, quiet, and we were able to access WiFi in the cabin. It was slow but definitely better than nothing!
Not sure where all the bad reviews were coming from because it was exactly as I expected
It was a perfect little room at the gate to Mt Rainer making our morning a little easier. We did not have any cell service and the WiFi doesn’t reach the cabins but that was perfect for us
The cabin was pretty clean and quiet. Everything did tilt however, like the foundation was not level. Great location but some upgrades would be helpful. Surrounding areas has lots of great places to eat and also had gas.
