I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Canton. One side is for smokers. The other side is not. I stayed at the side that was non-smoking it was clean. It smelled good. It looked like it was newly remodeled, and the beds were phenomenal everyone at the desk was pleasant. I didn’t really eat the breakfast. It was a true continental nothing special but I will definitely stay there again.

First, the gentleman (gnanda) that checked us in was awesome. He was very pleasant, provided us with options and made sure we got into our rooms safely. Never been treated that well anywhere else. Second, the rooms, lobby and breakfast room were all exceptionally clean. Third, the lady that checked us out (amurph) was very pleasant and efficient. Too bad I don't travel through that area more often.

Very strange. We were met outside by someone making sure that we had a reservation. We were told not to close outside doors because it was supposed to rain later and the door locks were sticky. We were told not to go through the hotel hallway but to unload at the far end of the hotel. No carts were available. The front desk systems were supposedly down so we were checked in at a separate desk.
