Fully renovated stone cottage overlooking beautiful green pastures in the Little River Valley. Located just 5 miles from downtown Brevard, 3 miles to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest and 3 miles to Dupont State Forest. A spacious covered front porch offers the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. This tastefully decorated cottage with vaulted ceilings has one bedroom/one bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. The perfect place for a quite romantic weekend or as a base camp for accessing all of the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. Bikers welcome, wash station available. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee or any additional fees.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a kitchen island.

Great place for a couple needing a several days away. The host was extremely kind and a lovely person. The property is located on a small working farm and we enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch and watching some of the activities. Very nicely appointed, clean and inviting! Also located perfectly for hiking on the Blue ridge parkway, visits to Brevard and Hendersonville as well as Pisgah Forrest national park! We will definitely return!!

This small country cottage was very comfortable, perfect for 2. Layout and amenities provided everything we needed. I can not rave enough about this cottage, absolutely perfect. Location was great. Not far from " The Pretty Place Chapel" and close to surrounding towns for shopping. Lots of nature trails, waterfalls near. I jist had a hip replacent, so worried about the comforabikity of the bed...it was perfect. No complaints at all. Gina was so nice and responsive. Will be back again.
