Fantastic place to stay! Perfect, quiet location and a short drive to downtown Asheville. The house is well equipped and having a garage with an EV charger was a definite plus. Highly recommend!

Perfect rental for our trip

Five of us old friends and roommates in college spent 4 days in this beautiful home with a nice Mountain View, but still close to town. Seemed everything was just 15-20 min away. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing Getaway

My 6 girlfriends and I had the best time at this property celebrating my engagement. Spotless clean, house was better than the listing photos, very private and safe community, short drive to everything nearby! Thank you for a very memorable stay, would recommend to anyone. The house is huge!

Enjoyed this home

My teen daughter and I stayed here for a last minute trip to Asheville. Perfect for relaxing and close to our outings around town. The Ingle's was lovely! Only suggestions would be for some sort of soap for a shower (we'd left ours) and a clock in the bedroom. Thank you!

House was amazing. Perfactly located within minutes of most attractions. Not in a mountainous area -which we preferred- Almost brand new. Would come back anyday!

Family Vacay for 6 adults and 1 Toddler

We loved this house! It looks just as the pictures show and was very nice and clean. We especially loved the big couch and picture window in the living room. Our only negative was we couldn't make it up the steep driveway with the bike rack on our van so we took them off at the bottom and walked them up haha. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

If you are taking kids on vacation like us this is the place to stay, it has bunk beds and child locks all over. Overall we loved this place and will definitely come back.

Short stay in Asheville

The pictures are accurate and the hime has some fun touches. It's a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. There was a little more road noise than i was expecting for the location. House was overall clean but there were a few areas that could use a little more attention.

Lovely but could be warmer

Overall, we had a very lovely stay here. However, as the initial tranquility faded, I couldn’t stop thinking how some rugs and/or wall decor used more consistently through the house would make it warmer and help sound travel less easily. GORGEOUS view from primary bedroom, though I’d recommend getting rid of the dresser (the house has fantastic closet space) and add a small seating area.

Lovely home we’ll equipped

We had a wonderful week at the property getting ready for our daughters wedding. The parking was awesome-we needed it as we had many friends, family and wedding prep going in and out. House was well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone since it has easy access to downtown Asheville . Please note the bunk room beds did not appear to be adult sized-perfect for kids, but our bridesmaids made them work : ). Not much privacy in back of home, but this did not detract from our stay

Great house just outside of downtown

The house itself is amazing. Clean, spacious, and great outdoor space. The bedrooms were exactly as described and common areas were great for hanging out. The outdoor space was also very nice - the back deck very comfortable and a nice flat area of the driveway where we could place some cornhole (we brought our own). Property manager was responsive and very helpful. We ended up booking white water rafting off their recommendation and had a blast. Downtown is a short drive away.

A quiet getaway

Tucked away right outside downtown Asheville, this spot was perfect for my friends to gather. Ample driveway, flat enough of a backyard for outdoor games, we used the kitchen and grill to make meals. Silverware and plates are all in increments of 8 and with only a small skillet provided, we purchased an additional larger one for pancakes. It would have been nice to have some extra towels. This location seems perfect for 1 - 2 families to get away, with child locks on closets and some gates provided.

Excellent, lovely home

We came for a short stay to see the autumn leaves. The house was extremely clean and beautiful and open. The lower floor had a gorgeous kitchen, comfortable living room with a huge window for lovely views, and accessed up a stairwell from the garage below or by the front entrance. The upstairs master bedroom was relaxing and had an amazing tub. The other two bedrooms were perfect as well with lots of storage space. I appreciated the open and simple but beautiful decor; not a lot of excess trappings to gather dust or risk being broken. There were all the amenities needed. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a neighborhood setting with safe roads to walk. There was no excess noise even with homes close by. There was a nice sitting area outside around the fire pit. We enjoyed our stay; it felt like a sanctuary to relax in and we would return anytime. The overall feeling upon entering was a big calm exhale. The owner responded quickly to communication and we were so impressed with this property!
