Our room was clean, beds comfortable and enough space for us. Had a nice view of the courtyard and overlooking the pool. Only things I wasn’t too thrilled about were the tight parking lot to drive through and people hanging around the parking lot late at night. With small children, it just made us a little more cautious when checking in after dark. All in all, the place is decent.

Floors not completely vacuumed. Dish with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion sitting on it was dirty. Bathroom door made awful noise when opening. And, i could see light out the bottom of hotel door. Will not stay here again.

I loved the location and the friendliness of the staff.

There were stink bugs in the room possibly from inadequate weatherstripping around the exterior door. The biggest problem was lack of cleanliness due to a moldy container of food left in the microwave unchecked by housekeeping.

Decor was recently updated nicely but the property itself is not great. Doors, hinges, trim, etc. are old worn and rusty.

They're renovating. Im sure it will be nicer.i will give them another try next time I'm in Asheville.

The breakfast was great. We took our dogs and they came home covered in fleas.

This hotel is convenient to food and shops. The mall is around the corner

The ac/unit drained all over the carpet and we didn’t realize until getting back to hotel from an outing. Tried to dry it up w a towel and the towel immediately turned brown! They did promptly move us. Next room the tub did not drain, so I did not get to shower. Checked out and let them know. There was also mold at the top of the ceiling in the second room they put us in. The only plus, the desk staff and cleaning woman very nice. An elderly woman working the breakfast buffet was standing guard and actually turning guest away in a loud , rude manner from eating at 9:22 and 9:25am and a family finally called her out and told her they had until 9:30am.

Room was clean enough, except for the ants in the bathroom. The one gentleman when I checked in was friendly, but no one else was. The free breakfast was inedible (at least it was free). The room smelled so strongly of Febreze or whatever they use that I had difficulty breathing all night. Will never stay here again.

The staff was very nice, for the price it isn't a bad place. Our room was non smoking but def had been smoked in. Facility is aged overall and it shows. Could have been cleaner, I'd go back. For what they charge and a free pretty good breakfast and nice staff, it's a fine place to sleep

Breakfast was great. Room service knocked at 9am one day while I was sleeping. Called front desk at 11am when I was leaving and expressly asked that room service return later that day (because I was worried they wouldn't). When I got back that night, the room was not serviced. I called for extra clean towels at least, which were promptly delivered with apologies. Staff is super friendly and hotel is great. My non-smoking room was unfortunately right next to what was apparently the party/pot smoking / transient hangout room, so pot and cigarette smell was everywhere for my entire stay, along with multiple "characters" hanging outside coming and going, etc. Not the hotel's fault, but they maybe should not have put me and my young daughter next to party central. I would however still recommend this hotel for a cheap hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet.

Budget hotel experience. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, heater works, clean sheets and linens, fridge and desk in room. But also, white paint spilled on rug and chair, marble tiles in bathroom don’t have bullnose tile on top so rough edge accumulated dust and grossness, bathroom ceiling was completely peeling off in chunks, curtain was barely attached in a few places to curtain rod. Loud neighbors partying with music late into night but it was a Friday night.

Bathroom floor was dirty. Also trash between end table and bed on floor.
