Our room was just outside the extractors for the restaurant making it smell like grease everywhere. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Rooms smelled like smoke. I got sick and had to leave to another hotel. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, don’t stay here. They have smoking rooms still? They moved me to another “non smoking” room but still smelled like smoke. Got sick.
We like the restaurant that was in the facility and that we could do take our!

Being able to drive right up to my room door. We had an accessible room and it was very open; makes it easier to maneuver the wheelchair.
Proximity to the interstate was good; the Mexican restaurant was a bonus, no need to drive out for dinner; the breakfast nook was the smallest we've seen at a Best Western- good thing we ate breakfast before big families came in.
This is not a new hotel. But, everything was in good repair. Very Clean, comfortable. Good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. I will be staying here any time I come to Hendersonville.

We do our best to provide a clean, comfortable place for travelers. It is unfortunate that other guests will not requests a smoking room and thus cause this issue.
