Best Western Hendersonville Inn

The hotel was great. I had a nice quiet room. Breakfast was good and had several options for breakfast. The only issue I had was a somewhat overwhelming smell (probably room deodorizer) in the room. The room, though, was excellent and very clean otherwise. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Hendersonville, NC. Best Western hotels are always a safe bet when choosing a hotel.

The hotel staff (especially the cleaning crew) were very friendly. We evacuated Charleston during Hurricane Matthew. We were very lucky to find this hotel. Overall, my family and I had a great experience.

It was a very pleasant stay...friendly staff, very nice breakfast, nice view from room that has just been upgraded.

I had to wait 1 hour to get a roll-away bed, after requesting one at checkin and 2 followup phone calls. To me, that is ineptness and not how paying customers should be treated.

The Door need Insulation around the outside, could see daylight. This also let cold air in and noise in.

We stayed here while visiting Hendersonville to drop our son off at summer camp. The location was very convenient to the camp, but the hotel was way too expensive for the quality. It is a standard budget hotel, but the price definitely did not reflect this. I left feeling taken advantage of.

I am a female parent travelling alone to pick up my daughter from camp. I just needed a place to sleep and so chose this cheap option. I guess you get what you pay for. It was truly a scary experience for me. Men were loitering in all the hallways outside the rooms, smoking and talking. I did not feel safe. The bed was not comfortable and the room had the bare minimum of amenities -- I'm not even sure they offered basic shampoo. I would not stay here again.

Hi This hotel is located in an excellant area. I really like the amenities and the price.

Horrible experience. Stinky rooms, bad walls and flooring, toilets that don't flush, overpriced, bad, pre-fab breakfast food. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra twenty dollars and pick another hotel, perhaps in Flat Rock. This looked good on the internet, and upon arrival I quickly regretted my choice.

Each time I stay, I remember why I keep choosing this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond; the room always meets, and exceeds, my needs. I've stayed here twice while searching for and buying my home. I definitely recommend this hotel...for any type of stay.

I would not recommend this facility unless you enjoy very noisy room air conditioning units, damp room with an over powering odor of air freshener that never went away. I will think long and hard before ever staying at a Best Western Motel

This is a older hotel with room access outside. It is well maintained close to interstate although neighborhood seemed to match hotel which means a old neighborhood. Gas station next door and restarunt inside hotel and that's about all. Continental breakfast good. Air condition load but works good

A friend and I came to Hendersonville to hike in Dupont State Recreational Forest, about 11 miles south. We wanted to stay within walking distance of downtown but there was nothing that suited our price or circumstances. The Best Western offered good rates and it turned out to be the perfect place. It is an older facility but it was clean, quiet, and best of all had a good Mexican restaurant on site. We avoided rain during the day but in the evening when we hoped to walk around downtown, it rained buckets. So, we enjoyed a glass or 2 of wine in the room and then walked downstairs to the restaurant where we found many tasty items on the menu. No need for a designated driver or even driving. The breakfast was better than the usual continental breakfast and every day had a slightly different selection of items including a protein option. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll go back there again if we come back for more hiking.

The room was very clean, I liked having the sofa to watch TV. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. Staff, very helpful

It was a great deal for the money: Clean, quiet, and the breakfast was better than average for a continental. We would go back.

Looking for a place to stay on a long road trip can be a hassle. The Best Western is in a convenient location right off the interstate. Though the hotel is dated, the room was exceptionally clean. There was also a pretty full breakfast in the morning, not just juice, coffee, and fruit. There were eggs, fresh pancakes, cereal, bagels, biscuits/gravy, and more. The staff was very friendly, as well. For the price you can't beat it. I'd stay there again.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and cheerful. They gave us good directions and recommendations. The room was simple, clean, and just what we needed for our 1 night stay.

The Best Western in Hendersonville worked out well for my stay. The staff were very nice and the room was neat. I appreciated the breakfast they served and they continually replenished the items. The only negative is that it is very close to the major highway so there is some traffic noise. But the rooms block out most of it and you can bring earplugs to block out the rest.

Me and my husband had to go for business this hotel was prefect for our one night stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We actually rented 2 rooms. Both were non-smoking rooms. We were pleased with the size of the rooms, the overall cleanliness, and the amenities. One of the rooms was fine, but the other had a very strong cigarette smell. The smell was so strong that I cannot believe it was the result of a smoker being in the room the night before. I could not only smell the offensive order when I entered the room, but it continued to bother me throughout the night. The next day, someone in our group said, "You must have been in a smoking room. I could smell a trace of cigarette smoke when you got in the car." I complained at the front desk and the clerk apologized, but I never saw her write anything down to indicate that the problem would be addressed. This put such a damper on our stay that I can't give the hotel a positive rating.
