Home is located 10 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, NYC train, and close to downtown restaurants, shops, and music venues. Home is comfortably furnished with 3 Queen sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, laundry, & barbecue grill. Access to a locked garage allows storage for bikes & beach gear. Long Weekend

This property was perfect for a long weekend. We had a wedding and a baby shower and so needed a place locally. The property was better than expected. Everything was clean and the chairs, beds, linens, towels, etc were very comfortable. A lot of glasses, dishes, towels, etc. were provided. We had family over for a BBQ and the backyard was a great place for entertaining. There was ample places for people to gather and seat and eat. We would definitely consider going back in the future.

Wonderful Asbury Park Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and markets and a quick drive to the beach. We appreciated that beach badges were supplied as well as extra keys. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and the air conditioning was great in the hot weather. There's plenty of outdoor seating around the house as well. Our host was very responsive and checking in and out was a breeze! Highly recommend this spot for a beach getaway in a neighborhood with lots to do!

Great House in okay neighbourhood.

Great, spotless property with plenty of outdoor space in okay neighborhood. Comfortable beds, the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. Only improvements recommended would be upgraded television service with some movie channels for those rainy days. Also reading lights by the beds would be helpful.

Perfect accommodations in Asbury Park

This property was clean and just as described/pictured. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great outdoor space. Air conditioned rooms (window units) worked fabulously for this hot summer weather. Conveniently located a mile from Asbury Beach/boardwalk (5 minute drive) and day passes supplied by Brian. Very close to some great restaurants too. Brian left us some local coffee beans that was a lovely perk for a family of coffee lovers. We enjoyed it so much we had to stop by Asbury Park Roastery to buy some coffee beans on the way home. I recommend communicating via text as opposed to the VRBO messaging app with Brian. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
