Enjoyed our 7 day stay. Pools were clean, always a chair available. Staff very welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. Ice cold air conditioning. Renovated 1 bedroom suite was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young children. Hotel was sold and supposed to reopen in January 2018. Will not have rooms with kitchens :( would not hesitate to return for the next vacation with family. Beach is a close walk/short shuttle ride. Onsite restaurant and bar was very good.
It was very good and our family really enjoyed it. The pool was clean and the food was very good
We really liked the Mills compared to the other bigger hotels in the area. The only thing I wish that was different was the bathroom in our room, it was really really dated and we understood that our room would be older but in our opinion it was just unacceptable. Besides that, the staff is nice the bathroom in our room it was really really dated and we understood that our room would be older but in our opinion it was just not appealing. Also a family memeber got sick after drinking the water in the lobby. Drink at your own discretion. Besides that the staff is nice, the pool is wonderful, we really like the hotel and we would be back.
We had to cut our vacation short because of a family emergency. The resort was very understanding and helpful.
Overall a nice place. Good value for your dollar. The AC didn't work in the first room which had a shower like a cruise ship room. Second room was newer, big and beautiful. Could never get the AC to stop freezing us outhad. to turn it off a lot. Housekeeping and maintenance were great, front desk a bit clueless. Whole place was very clean. We'd go back for sure.
The staff was very helpful in getting boarding passes! The location is great for walking to surrounding areas and the beach!
Worse experience ever. Room was rundown nasty and bugs everywhere. Lavi or worms in tub. Cups dirty from last guest. Front desk offered no help and informed me we could get a refund in unused nights so I booked another hotel. At checkout I was charged 2 futurenights. After a lengthy argument I am told I will be refunded the two nights but never get the refund. Very dishonest staff.
So due to my sister having won a package and me having booked a day on the front side and the back side of the trip I got to stay in 3 different rooms. The remodeled rooms are very nice. Adrian the front desk manager is super helpful! Also the breakfast is very good and they have both a buffet and a la carte menu for breakfast.
Little gem behind the major high-rise hotels. Convenient and 15 min walk close to the strip. Next to a late night nightclub so you can party all night.
The Palm Beach very beautiful my family enjoyed and relax the beach see sunset go down evening.
Stingy!!! 1soap for 3 areas 1 pack coffee makes 2 small tea cups for 2people 1pavk cream n sugar we take 3 sugar 3 cream each. Ask tot more took two hours. Out of mood for coffee then. No wash cloths no dish wash rags no conditioner. 1 small shampoo for two we both have long hair. Pillow case shredded ?? The resort is beautiful. Too bad the rest is like super 8 or motel 6 for more than three times the money. Luggage guy very helpful. Bartender said sure I can get nascar on tv for you after spending &50. On beer shut down with 150 laps to go. Frustrating. Told him we could get it at senior frogs. Said no no don't go there when u can watch here. A big joke.nothing close enough to walk to spent fortune on cabs. Waited 45 min. Toget their shuttle to beach. Was a nice beach with chairs and attendant.would go back but be prepared with own supplies the mini mart will gouge you on everything.
The hotel is old and the cleaning crew is not doing a great job. We had our sheets changed only 1-2 over a 10-day stay. We were getting only two bath towels, no hand towels or bathroom matte. The cleaning crew didn't clean apart from taking the garbage out. It was disappointing. However, the hotel has a nice pool and is walking distance, 10min to the beach and shopping/dining area. It is cheaper than other hotels so if you want to explore the island and don't want to spend a lot of the room, then this is definitely a good option.
hotel is close to the beach, the majority of the staff members are nice close to many restaurant and tourist attractions, Patrick was the best and nicest employee their he was very helpful to us when we were trying to figure out activities to do.
It is a good Resort with necessary facilities for the whole family. The Pool Bar and Restaurant offer Happy Hour and All you can eat for low prices compared to the area. The beach is very close walking, but, they include Free Shuttle service in a golf car. On the beach the hotel has free loungers to relax and enjoy the day. The rooms are spacious and equipped with facilities (Kitchen & Utensils) for cooking. The bathroom is very small but has everything you need.
It was a last minute decision to stop to Aruba. We really appreciate our stay and will recommend or even plan to go back. We find that all personnel of the hotel were really nice to make our stay a pleasant one.
Nice 2 story resort. short walk to the beach (shuttle every 30 min. ample, free beach chair setup (tips welcome) good restaurant and outside bar. Pool is fair sized with wading pool and fountain. rock formation on one side is home to an iguana colony (fun feature not seen elswhere. fascinating, and contributing to attempts to restore the iguana population which has been adversely impacted by non-indigenous Boa population. cute photo op. rooms decent, though my first room, (a 'Delux') was on the first floor, no deck, but a large picture window - which looked directly into the restaurant !! We asked for a change, and they were accommodating, recommend a second floor for a bit of privacy. Some rooms can be a long walk from the lobby. The attached a green plastic wristband (like a hospital wristband) at registration - they said for ID at pool, etc, but the only effect I saw was that I was directed away from a shortcut through another hotel lobby when they saw my Mill wristband, and I found it annoying, sleeping. (it, soon 'fell' off and I I carried it in my pocket, and suffered no ill effects) Kitchenette was nice, we stocked up ar SuperFood supermarket and made our own breakfast and lunch. (Soft sided gel filled cooler (small, maybe 1.5 gal size?) was a great thing to bring - mate a large icewater and large rum punch filled bottle each day and froze the cooler - kept cold all day) Pool chairs in the shade were tough to find, they filled up early.
ugly and terrible hotel! Never come back! Restroon too smal
The greeting of the staff was warm.Had to wait 20mins for room to be ready.I eventually was allowed to check in to the room at 3.40pm.After that I was left pretty much to myself which I enjoyed.I rented a car from the Airport and was free to come and go as I wished. The hotel is ideally located near to some major casinos great eating and wonderful Tourist attractions. For example The California Lighthouse and Alto Vista Chapel are like 20 and 10 minutes away respectfully. There is a lovely swimming pool and a fantastic all-you-can-eat Bar-B-Que on Wednesday nights, ribs, chicken and beef.....delicious!If on a limited budget,The Mill Resort would be hard to beat. One negative though is the towels need upgrading and they could start using Bounce with their washing.
The staff was amazing helpful and informative thank u
stay was very helpful. however the house is not the best
