It offers full use of the unit, including living room, 1 king bed in the master bedroom with remote tv, large closet, patio access and private bathroom, 1Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom with remote tv and large closet, a second full bathroom for second room or guests, same level indoor laundry in second bathroom, 4 chair pub style table in dining area, and nicely stocked kitchen. It also offers internet, WIFI, DVD player, surround sound and large TV in living room with a very comfortable electric reclining couch to enjoy a movie. A nice deck with table and small outdoor couch, BBQ grill and a fire pit. Perfect to enjoy the distant ocean views and overlook the city lights at night while having a glass of your favorite beverage. Includes nice secure 2 car garage with remote, that will keep your car secure and out of the weather. For your safety and protection, a ring camera and stairwell camera are located at the front exterior entrance to the front door. This rental is for 31 days or longer per HOA rules. Unfortunately, complex does not allow short term rentals. It is Very close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, art galleries, movie theater, and the beach!
