This was a wonderful, super-clean, well-organized little place. All the communication and information about the place and the check-in was super clear. It's very close to the cute little town of Arroyo Grande for food options. We had a great stay and would recommend it! For people like me who love knowing details of the beds at places, the bed is super soft - if you like firm beds it's the polar opposite. The fold out couch is easy to set up but very utilitarian in its bed-like qualities (as pullouts always are). Sensitive sleepers will definitely find it challenging.

The place was adorable and immaculate. It was raining while we were there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the back patio that looks perfect for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We will be back to enjoy at a future time for sure!

Such a perfect private getaway for me and my dog Great neighborhood, great location. Close to the cute little town of Arroyo Grande. Nice drive to Morro Bay saw 30-40 otters all rolling around cracking clams and spinning in kelp. My dog loved running on Avila Beach. Lunch at Fat Cat Cafe. Enjoyed my stray so much at the Hummingbird Cottage. Owners are so attentive and helpful . I will definitely come here again. 5 star

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful home, clean and gorgeous! We had a fantastic experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for relaxing after a walk/hike. Kelly was very friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and idyllic getaway!

The cottage was a great spot for me and was exactly what I was expecting, based on the listing and photos. The location is quiet, out-of-the-way, but close to the Village of AG and SLO. The unit is well equipped, private and the outdoor area is a bonus. Host was communicative and responsive.

Wonderful stay at the Hummingbird Cottage

We had a fantastic stay at Hummingbird Cottage! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — she answered all our questions promptly and even let us know about a local boil water notice (which thankfully didn’t affect the cottage).The location was ideal — close to downtown Arroyo Grande and convenient to shops and restaurants. Everything went smoothly, and we experienced no issues during our stay. Bonus: it’s pet-friendly, so we’re already looking forward to returning with our dog next time. Highly recommended!

Quick weekend getaway

Just a quick weekend getaway, but it was so much more enjoyable because of the place we stayed. The Hummingbird Cottage was the perfect place. Clean, quaint, and very inverting. We highly recommend a stay.

Great find close to Arroyo Grande Village

My husband and I had a great stay (with our dog) at this well decorated, well equipped one-bedroom in a lovely neighborhood in Arroyo Grande. Full kitchen, comfortable living room, and a nice small private patio. Arroyo Grande Village is really cute with some nice shops, restaurants and coffee places and the village has a nice slow pace. We’ll be back - thanks!
