Staff was friendly, but the shower faucet/toilet seats were barely functional. No filtered water provided, and garbage outside the downstares room stank, should be moved or removed from the air vents

A few observations: - Bathroom fan sounded like it was going to jump out of the ceiling. Mgmt had to know about this existing condition. - growly room hvac unit - no hooks for towels in bathroom - shower head/hose broken + room clean + TV worked well + bed was comfy A basic clean bare bones establishment with meh maintenance.

2 star hotel. Front desk wasn't helpful. Asked where to get clam chowder and the front desk said, " I don't know what that is..." The area is KNOWN for clam chowder. Room was super basic. I asked for a quiet room, and they put me on the corner next to the street. Only 2 other cars in the parking lot.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of this Inn. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had nice hot water. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and all requests for items were brought to the room quickly. We would stay here again.
