Excellent two bedroom apartment in a high standard condominium - the best of Arraial. Total infrastructure, veranda overlooking the sea and the magnificent sunset of Arraial do Cabo. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people plus 1 child up to 3 years in the cot. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, wi-fi, balcony with barbecue. Condominium with sauna, whirlpool and a stunning pool where you can relax watching the sea. Parking space, 24 hour security, gym, baby area, games room, all in front of the white sands and crystal clear waters of Praia Grande, one of the most beautiful of Arraial.

La ubicacion optima El equipamiento casi optimo. Todo en condiciones excepto el lavarropas que estaba desconectado. Los ambientes muy comodos. Solo faltaban mesitas de luz en los dormitorios. El estado general era muy bueno. Algunas humedades en paredes y techos, que no nos afectaron, fueron puestas en conocimiento de quien recibio las llaves al retirarnos

O contato com o Reginaldo foi facil e ele foi super correto o tempo todo, dando suporte e esclarecimentos. O apartamento e excelente e a vista imperdivel. Praia e vista muito bonitas

O apartamento é bonito e confortável. A vista lateral da praia é muito bonita. A cozinha está bem equipada e as partes comuns do prédio como elevadores e piscina em bom estado de funcionamento. Reginaldo foi prestativo e rápido na comunicacao. O pessoal da equipe local (uma firma de limpeza do André?) criou alguns pontos de confusao e atrito tanto na chegada quanto na saída. As janelas estavam bem sujas, mas o resto do apartamento bem cuidado.

Acesso ao prédio

O condomínio deveria fazer um controle de acesso mais ágil e eficaz (tag de acesso por exemplo). Eles exigem que a gente use uma pulseira e isso incomoda. Ficar 3, 4, 7 dias com uma pulseira agarrada no braço não é muito agradável.

Apartamento extraordinario!! Tudo de bom, fica de frente para praia Grande com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar, com dunas e area verde! O apartamento tem tudo que vc precisa para sua estadia, na varanda tem churrasqueira eletrica que vc pode usufruir com um churrasco, com utensilios que vc pode utilizar na praia como guarda sol e cadeira de praia, no condominio contém uma piscina muito boa e tem sala de jogos tbm!! Tudo que está na foto é real e mais um pouco, atendimendo do Reginaldo foi ótimo e com rapidez!!! Eu recomendo.

Ótimo apartamento no melhor condomínio de Arraial

Apartamento muito bom, com uma excelente vista e muito limpo. A piscina no condomínio é ótima quando você volta da praia ou deseja ficar no apto. Garagem coberta e de fácil acesso, churrasqueira elétrica ótima para fazer um churrasco na varanda do apto. Eu, minha esposa e família gostamos muito da viagem e da estadia. Obrigado Reginaldo e Thais pela atenção e prontidão. Dicas: Recomendo trocar o colchão ortopédico de um dos quartos, pois é bem duro e desconfortável e desentupir ou trocar os chuveiros que a saída de aguá está bem ruim.
