Not clean at all. Bad smells throughout the hotel, not hot water, hotel staff trying to get into our room without our permission, parking is too expensive.

O café da manhã é excelente, o atendimento muito bom, quarto bem limpo, perto da praia, porém o colchão estava com baixa densidade e tive dor na coluna. A garagem é paga em separado e não fui avisado antes.

Hotel bom, bem localizado, confortável, limpeza impecável. Toda vez que saía e volta quarto limpo e organizado. O que mais pecou é ficamos frustados foi para conseguir uma água quente para tomar chimarrão, pois somos do Sul e temos como tradição o chimarrão e tomamos várias vezes ao dia , o hotel fez uma cobrança de um valor R$ 5,00 para aquecer uma água para o chimarrão , o que achei fora do contexto, pois não gasta essa valor para aquecer 1litro de água , sendo que na cafeteria da esquina foi fornecido de forma gratuita.

Avaliação Hotel Mediterrané

Avaliando minha experiência, esperava mais deste hotel, é um hotel velho, a agua do chuveiro tem cheiro ruim, o chuveiro é velho, os travesseiros são de péssima qualidade, isso é se podemos dizer que tem alguma, as toalhas de banho minúsculas e muito usadas, o colchão da cama tinha um buraco no meio, de muito velho tbm. Ainda tive o episódio de aguardar 01h30 para fazer o check in dos 04 quartos da minha família, uma única recepcionista, cheguei no hotel as 13h30 e só pude iniciar o check in as 15hs mesmo, não liberaram antes mesmo os quartos estando liberados, o que é um absurdo, pois avisei o horário de chegada. Pelo que pesquisei este é um dos únicos hotéis que fazem chek in as 15h, a maioria é as 14h. Fora o estacionamento que é próprio do hotel e vc tem que pagar a parte. Eles te falam sobre várias regras, porém tive que ligar na recepção e pedir troca das toalhas, pois no dia de trocar não trocaram, o que no meu ponto de vista por ser um hotel praiano a troca deveria ser diária. As toalhas estavam no chão para troca e a arrumadeira as colocou penduradas, para usar novamente. É o primeiro hotel que me hospedo e no café da manhã não tem pão de queijo, tomei café durante 06 dias e nada, nem um omelete eles fazem se o hóspede pedir. Enfim, não indico, tem muitos outros hotéis na cidade, procurem um que tenha flexibilidade e entenda os hóspedes, pois durante minha estadia vi vários hóspedes que chegavam antes do horário e ficavam aguardando na recepção.
