This recently fully renovated and furnished 1960's 3 bedroom family home is in the perfect location for a family getaway or mid week business trip. Its a quick 2 minute, 190m walk to the start of the CBD with access virtually on your doorstep to coffee shops, pubs and restaurants.
Supermarket Coles is a short easy 350m walk while Aldi is 450m. The property is a double block with plenty of on site parking located via the back entrance which is opposite a local gym.
Complete with all the comforts you need to have an enjoyable break, from relaxing on the front porch to cooking a family meal in the fully self contained kitchen.
The property features 3 comfortable and private bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and queen beds, sleeping up to 6 people. The master bedroom is grand in size and features a space for the mid week office worker complete with desk, chair and overhead light whilst the other 2 rooms have a small stool and built in desk.
The combined lounge and dining area consists of a 3 seater and 2 seater couch, coffee table, TV and 6 seater dining table which flows into the newly renovated kitchen, complete with Dishwasher, Oven, Cooktop, Microwave, Full size Fridge, Essential pantry items and all cooking utensils.
The laundry is complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and second toilet.
The large double block yard is fully fenced with plenty off street car space available in the back yard.

David was a great host, sending us instructions for the house at the appropriate time. The house looks unassuming from the outside, but inside the renovations were perfect with an overall feeling of spaciousness. As advertised, it is close to everything we needed, with two pubs at the end of the street and a cafe nearly opposite.

Fabulous Armidale Stay Home
Thank you, David,
We had a fabulous stay in your beautiful home, it was spacious, modern and fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable, and the electric blankets added that extra touch of comfort for our winter stay.
The home is centrally located, and we enjoyed walking to cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars, with the Wielders Dog Brewery within walking distance we enjoyed the coffee in the cafe attached each morning.
The parking off the street at the back of the home was great, as once we parked, we didn't use the cars the whole stay, enjoying just walking around Armidale.
We will definitely be looking at booking again next year.
