Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Gym was clean and several options. Recommend updating the websites i.e. onsite, Orbitz, etc. with hours the shuttle runs. I chose this hotel based on "free shuttle to DCA airport" where hours of operation were not listed. Due to the early morning flight, I had to pay $34.00 for an Uber.

Staff was professional. Hotel was very classy in decor but quite outdated for my taste. I'm more of a Royal Sonesta, Intercontinental, and AC Hotels kind of person. The price was right, however, for my DC weekend getaway. The room pictures as advertised were accurate. Very spacious. Close proximity to Fashion Centre - Pentagon City Mall. As we were leaving the room to walk to the elevator, as I was holding my granddaughter's hand, I looked towards her foot for some reason and I saw something tiny and white crawling on the carpet....I looked closer and it was a bedbug who had not fed yet. What helped me determine it was a safe location was upon checkout when we were driving away from the property...there was a military base next door - this to me confirms it's a safe neighborhood. Cab rides were reasonable to DC and the nearby mall. Hotel beds were firm and comfortable. View was decent.
