Nice hotel with very nice staff. Highly recommended.

For an older hotel style place it is very beautiful and the building is well-maintained my only criticism is that they need to clean their parking garage pressure wash that place is filthy.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views! The hotel staff if great!

Nickel and dime for everything. Parking is $32, WiFi is $14. Our sheets didn't actually fit on the bed, so they were ruffle/creased all along the sides. One of the light fixtures had a short and would keep flashing. Our room number placard had clearly broken or something, so they taped up a piece of paper with the room number written on it. Felt like everything was pretty shabby, and you'd have to pay extra for things you wouldn't expect. Customer service wasn't super friendly - I called down for a sewing kit and they were pretty snarky on the phone and never brought it up. The room seemed clean enough and we got a deal, so we were fine, but if we had paid full price it would have been a very sad day.

The hotel was over booked for the room I paid for. King suite. So they tried to make up for it by giving me a “high floor” double bed room, claiming they had NO king beds available. When I asked for at least a partial refund, they said they were unable to do so because I booked through a third party. The person next to me checking in was being told the same thing. They offered him free breakfast vouchers, and me nothing.

I did not like the view of air conditioning units on top of a roof. Room on 3rd floor, looking at ac for 4 days.

A very nice hotel. Great location with frequent shuttles to the Metro. The staff gave great tourist advice and was very helpful.

Thank you for your honest feedback and do apologize for not providing the customer service that we are so focused on to provide for all our guests. This is embarrassing to see that we were not able to do so while you were here. I often tell my Team that honest feedback like this is a gift, as it allows us to understand our shortcomings and or celebrate our successes. I will be sure to pass this along to our Leadership Team to better our customer service skill set. Thank you again, David Levy - General Manager
