Pros : Location is a big plus Parking is easy ($25 surcharge per day) Decent dining place on site Cons : Some dust on the furniture (on arrival) Noisy (close to the road, construction noise) Windows cannot be opened for ventilation

Pros: Location, Updated Sleeping Area, Parking Onsite. Cons: Bathroom Outdated, Confusing Property to get around, No Elevator in the Parking Garage.

Overall great. Dated building with old loud pipes though.

Rooms quiet, comfortable and large. Older hotel But we’ll maintained. Convenient location for Metro, Georgetown. I stayed there also because it was close to Fletcher’s Cove on the Potomac. Good breakfast buffet but you have to pay for it. Self parking also good, even though you have to pay for that too.

I would have liked an indoor pool. The location was ok but you could really hear those planes overhead and tour buses idling in the morning near our room on the 2nd floor. We also got weird calls 2 nights in a row on the phone.

I would like to complete surveys, however do not always have the time to complete required fields.

The heater did not work when outside temperature is about 20, which made me have a terrible cold.

Was an ok stay. Nothing spectacular. Expected a little more from a Marriot. The room was really small and could use some updating. Beds were not comfortable. Shower was really loud. We could hear everything from outside in the room.

Early check-in was a lifesaver after a redeye from LA.

Nice hotel near all of Washington monuments. We did not try the restaurant therefore unable to comment regarding the cost or food taste. The accomodations were more than adequate.

Excellent all the way around will be using hotel in May on my next trip

The staff were nice and friendly, when we were able to get a hold of them. The internet was down for quite some time and we could not get any staff member to answer the phones. We even tried calling the hotel number we found on Google, and still nothing. The extra charges for parking, food, and amenities were a tad expensive as well. But, great location and overall okay.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's just a few minutes walking distance across the Key bridge to Georgetown and downtown DC, with all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants you could want right in your immediate area. Plus there is the metro a few blocks away for your farther destinations, and the hotel is easy to reach via several highways. Very convenient to both DC airports - take the blue line metro directly to National or the 5A Metrobus will take you straight to Dulles from the Rosslyn station. If you park onsite, keep in mind they do charge for each night, and if you're not a Marriott rewards member, you will also pay for Wi-Fi. The property is essentially your standard Marriott, albeit getting on the dated side. There is a gift/coffee shop on site and two restaurants which were both ok, not fine dining by any means but the food was good. Food and drink is expensive at this hotel though, and it's probably because of the location being so close in to town. The rooms are also standard Marriott. The beds were comfortable and the showers were powerful and hot. I think the property could benefit from a big-time overhaul, especially since there are so many great boutique hotels in this price range within in the city itself. Overall, if the price were right, I'd totally stay here again. It's a great combination of location and comfort and will be up high on my list of places to stay on future trips to DC.

The problem with this location is the constant incredibly loud planes whizzing by all day. It's impossible to sleep past 6 AM

Great staff and check in process. Facilities are looking a little tired
