The property was in a fantastic location. We couldn’t have asked for a better location close to restaurants and bars. The decor is very eclectic and a little odd for my taste, but hey, whatever floats your boat. There was a lot of fur in the apartment. There was fur on every door, most pillows and a rug that caused a lot of unpleasant odors. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. There was dust on the coffee machine and the stove. . We each got one bath towel one hand towel and one washcloth, and we were there for five days. The stairwell stinks. if you enjoy cleanliness, and fresh smell this place is not for you.

Great stay!

This place fit our needs perfectly! It's a great location - the old town is an easy 15 minute walk, there's a grocery store around the corner, and the train station is very close. Stefano and his son Matteo were perfect hosts - helping to carry our bags (it's about 4 flights of stairs) and giving dinning recommendations. The beds were comfy and firm, Wifi was strong, and the summer heat was no match for the wonderful air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely incredible.

Perfect location and wow what an amazing place. We loved the upstairs patio and the incredible decorations. Stefano was so amazing. He walked us from the train station, carried my wife’s bag and had a beautiful meat and cheese plate along with wine waiting for us. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip.

Een van de eigenaars is architect. Hij heeft het interieur ontworpen als “rough luxe” en dat merk je: als vakantieganger verblijf je in een kunstproject, dat toch van alle gemakken is voorzien. Bovendien is de ligging, in het centrum en bij het station, heel praktisch. Echt een aanrader!
