I have stayed in 20+ hotels in Peru, including other Costa Del Sol locations. Their hotel in Arequipa is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had, better than any hotel I’ve used in USA, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. Staff was FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We will definitely be going back to Arequipa and I will not even consider staying anywhere else. This hotel is FANTASTIC. And the staff is the best part. A+++

The heating and air-conditioning never reached the set temperature. Everyday I had to ask the reception for bottle of water and coffee capsules. They never replaced them. The location is a bit out of the way. No other restaurants near by.

Great location, easy walk to the center for many restaurants and attractions. The staff are all wonderful, pleasant, helpful, five star service from check in to check out. The lounge and pool area are perfect, with excellent conversation with Oscar and many others. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Arequipa.

The restaurant and kitchen staff excellent . The receptionist on my check out ask me if I took some towels before double check that they were in the room. It was uncomfortable to be ask about it.
