Due to its privileged location, you have direct access to all amenities. Close to the Thiers pier for a bike ride or a swim during our most beautiful days.
You don't have parking, but you can do everything very easily on foot... This apartment will be ideal if you come by train to enjoy our Arcachon Bay.
In the entrance to this studio, you will find numerous cupboards leading to the living room which offers you two beds in its 140 cm convertible sofa, you have a TV and WIFI and an equipped kitchenette with hotplates , mini oven, microwave, Top fridge and Senseo coffee maker.
Without a balcony, you still have a side view of the Arcachon basin.
Also a bathroom with WC.
All shops and restaurants are nearby, for shopping enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the town, and the main beach is a few steps away to organize your picnics, or your swimming afternoons during our beautiful days.
