- On the ground floor: a large living room (sofa type bench, table and 2 benches) with fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a wooden terrace (Fermob style tables & chairs with parasol and deckchairs) and adorable small garden on the south side (with beach shower); a guest toilet with washbasin, a master bedroom (1 bed 160cms with its bathroom).

-Upstairs: large mezzanine open to the living room (3 90cm beds) and two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and closet - the other with two 90cm twin beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

No private parking, possibility to park for free in the small streets nearby.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency, [hidden] 1 pack 160 cm sheets + towels = 42 Euros / week - 1 pack 90 cm sheets + towels = 32 Euros / week.

During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of 15 € / day.
