Our "Mill Pond" Loft apartment is located right in the heart of downtown Apalachicola! Situated in one of the most unique & stunning buildings (115 years old!!) w/ beautiful exposed brick! Features include a King Bed, 2 Twin Cots, efficiency, water views, kitchen-coffee pot, Microwave, Toaster-wifi, downtown views, spacious floor-plan, walk-in shower w/ lots to do outside your doorstep! *This apartment is on the 2nd floor so guests must’ve able to navigate steps.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table. Housekeeping is available on request.
