I have to say I was a bit concerned to stay here since I was a female traveling for work. I don't like hotels with outside doors (easy access) so that was my first fear. BUT, I was happily surprised when checking in and realizing it was just a fishing/family type place that was neat, no bugs and great things to do around the area that are VERY close. (Highly recommend the Tap Room down the road, great family food. But, would stay at this INN again when passing through for sure.
There’s nothing not to like, the room was clean, the WiFi worked and the ac worked. Nothing fancy and no breakfast. You could get a coffee though. I only gave it 3 stars as it’s expensive for what you get but still cheaper than the others in town.
On our way from Daytona to Panama City Beach we decided to stop for the night. We found this amazing motel! We have been stuck with some bad ones the last couple days, but not this one! The minute we walked in the room, the smell was amazing. Clean rooms, great beds! Would highly recommend! Reasonably priced also!
A wonderfully well run hotel where management meets all their guests needs. Welcoming clean, comfortable beds, bar sized refrigerators, microwaves, coffee maker, hairdryers, toiletries, 2 easy chairs with table, full sized desk, large flat screened TV, ice maker, pool, attentive staff, close to quaint downtown and restaurants. We noticed that the Inn was very popular and fully filled when we were there. A very fair price for the quality! Highly recommend!
Older place but was clean and quiet even with many workers staying there. No issues. Beds just OK but I'm not that picky. Service was very good, needed a battery for chirping smoke alarm and was taken car of promptly. If I'm ever out that way again would stay again. Nice little Chinese restaurant with beer and wine next door.
Stayed over a Saturday night on our way to Destin. Very nice people, clean room, bed was comfortable. Nice quiet night. Booked for the following Saturday before we left. Stayed over on our way home. Owner is very nice. Everything is clean and they look like they have put a lot of work into fixing the place up. Rooms were clean, showered were hot, beds were great.... We will definitely stay over again.
Beds were atrocious, no hot water and asked for a handicapped room and have no idea what they consider one. The place was basically empty but yet stuck on an end room 20 feet from 98. Really do wish I had something positive to say because we did spend the night there. Nothing like a bad nights sleep only to wake up and have to take a cold shower. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Blessings
Motel is very clean, bedding is nice and fresh, mattress is comfortable. Not a fancy place at all but good for a quick stay. My only complaint is there aren’t any paper towels or tissues provided. All motels and hotels should provide paper products. We used the coffee pot and needed paper towels or napkins but had to use a bath towel to wipe the counter.
Nice clean room providing all needs. Older motel but well maintained and quiet. Parking on site. No breakfast but coffee was very good. Bed very comfortable. Owner very friendly. Highly recommended and would stay here again!
This is an older motel which probably needs a make over, however it was clean and comfortable. Looks like they make an effort to maintain the property. Bed was good and parking was convenient to the door of the room. Price seemed high. Almost $90 but it is summer so prices reflect the season. Nothing fancy but fine for one night.
