We have stayed at Docklands for 1 night to celebrate our engagement and got an upgraded room and some chocolates as a very nice gesture! The room was spacious and very well decorated. The breakfast was also very good with sufficient choice. The staff were really friendly!

The problem was there was an event in the city which drives the prices up what I do understand. Tha staff was very helpful and friendly. Nevertheless the room was a bit disappointing. Bed was good slept well It was clean but it looked run down No mini bar No coffee machine

We were visiting some much-loved friends whom we had not seen in 7 years and Hotel Docklands was just around the corner from their flat. So it was extremely convenient. We enjoyed the quiet location and felt very safe. The staff were courteous, informative and helpful at all times and at all levels. The room was clean and comfortable. There wasn’t air conditioning but there was a fan and one of the windows had a fly net and had a security lock so it could be safely left open. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked nice. The app was very convenient so we could use the electronic key as well as the key card. The parking is secure and just across the road from the hotel. The area seemed very quiet but there was plenty of cafes and bars within walking distance. We ate at Las Manas a 10 minute walk away. I really recommend booking, the food and atmosphere was phenomenal.

Excellent service from the staff. Very nice entry system through the phone. Unfortunately the pillows were square and not comfortable. The mattress has no springs was just one big marshmallow. Once you sink in there's no escape.

No air con and mosquito screen. When the window was open mosquitoes flew in. We were badly bitten. We had to keep the window closed so we were too hot. The fan was inadequate and noisy. I complained but was given a derisory refund of a breakfast. The room was too small for a double room.

Das Superior Zimmer entspricht absolut nicht den Bildern auf der Website. Anstatt einer Sitzgelegenheit steht ein drittes Bett im Zimmer. Kein Balkon/Terrasse. Bad viel zu klein, selten geputzt. Haare in der Badewanne. kostenlose Badartikel versucht man vergeblich. Die schallisolierten Fenster sind leider gar nicht schallisoliert - Straßenlärm ist jederzeit gut hörbar. Zimmerreinigung findet nur statt, wenn das Personal Lust darauf hat und das war nicht häufig. Definitiv keine Empfehlung!
