Hotel com boa infraestrutura e ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. O problema é a climatização, pegamisbdias de calor e o ar condicionado dos quartos não atendeu a demanda. Solicitamos e fomos transferidos de quarto e não resolveu. mesmo problema. Conversamos com outros hóspedes e enfrentavam a mesma situação. Em função deste fato não pretendo me hospedar novamente neste hotel e não o recomendo.

Hotel Tri de Antônio Prado tem sérios problemas de gestão. Gerente do hotel desqualificado para ocupar o cargo. O check-in foi muito ruim. Na recepção só tinha menores aprendiz que não sabiam nada. O hotel divulgou uma degustação de vinhos para hospedes, mas não informou que teria inscrição. Café da manhã fraco e sem reposição. Tinha que insistir para fazer a reposição. Garcon do restaurante na maioria menores aprendizes ou desqualificados para a função. Coloquei placa para limpeza no quarto às 9h30 min. Quando cheguei às 16 horas o quarto não tinha sido limpo. Gerente inabil para lidar com os hóspedes. Ficou claro que a maioria dos problemas do hotel estão relacionados a falta de gestão e planejamento do gerente. O gerente do hotel precisa urgente fazer um curso de gestão para administrar o hotel e qualificar seus funcionários. Estou acostumada a me hospedar na rede do Tri hotel e nunca fiquei num hotel tão mal administrado como o Tri hotel de Antônio Prado
